The mail offer has a disclaimer that says, all values are an estimate and can be devalued up to cents per mile and for any reconditiong

This complaint should go to Honda corporate, Not Cleo Bay HondaWhen the repairs were done on 2/13/15, there was not a warranty extension at that timeThe warranty extension was not started until mid June. I understand Mr*** frustration but there is little I can do to help The
service manager has contacted our Honda service rep to try and get some help form him to speed thinks alongIf Mr*** would like to contact us directly, he can either speak to me, or *** ***, and we will do anything we can to help. The complaint states that he is looking for a refund of $That amount is for all work completed on that dayIf Honda does issue a refund it will only be in the $700-$range, as that is all that was charged for the covered item None of the other work would be covered under any warranty. *** ***

I spoke with the General Manager and he informed me that this was handled with the customer at the time he was in the dealership. The customer was given a free oil change and it was explained to him that he did not have free maintenance for the first year of ownership *** ***

I have reviewed all the email and , text conversation between the consumer and the salespersonAll communication clearly states the selling price to be not including any taxes or feesWe will still sell the car for not including any taxes or fees

I am rejecting this response because:I have documentation from your salesmen [redacted] specifically stating $8900.00 out the door price for the vehicle, not $8900.00+ extra fees.We agreed to $8900.00 out the door price not $8900.00 + extra fees.
