I do not agree with what *** *** saidMy apptwas at a certain timeOnly thing the gentleman told me was that my tech would be late and wouldn't get there until I told them I wasn't going to waitNo on offered to do my nails or even said we can make the apptfor me at 3pmThey said nothing.I put the nail polish I had picked on the counter and left outI called them when I left and asked if my nail tech had an opening at 3pmThe same person that took my apptwas in the nail salon & told me the nail tech would be late(My issue is not with the nail tech) On the phone I asked him since it's their error do I get a discountHe told me it's not his fault and that I have to ask herMy issue is I was the customer and if I had an appt and the appt was not met something should have been said then & not left up to meThat is not how you handle a paying customer that's been coming their for over 2yrsI understand her having class but did he not let her know she had an appt @ 2pm? He was nasty about the whole situationFor how rude he was he owes me an apologyI even told my nail tech it was not her & that I was irritated with the guyBefore I left out that shop something should've been offered and it wasn'tI had to call back up thereTelling me it's not his fault is unacceptable customer service! I deal with people every day and I would not treat a paying customer like he didI am owed an apology from him
