Dealing with this company and their finance company [redacted] .Has been a very negative experience .Would not recommend to anyone.When you have incomes and leave one job.They repossess your vehicle regardless that your payments are on time and have full coverageNever mind that they do not call you and let you know if there is a issue.Just come and take the vehicle and really do not explain anything.But tell you to come to office and talk to them you can get the car back.But you no longer want it or to deal with any of their finance companies.You want your down payment back.Just purchased the car Jan 29,2016.But they charge you for the miles that you have put on their for the weeks and days you had the car.Which is cents per mile,adds up to almost a paycheck for working class people.I honestly feel as if I have been ripped off by these people.I guess chalk this up to a loss and lesson learned.PUBLIC BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
I recently purchased a Chevy Suburban from Cars R Us and bought a six month warranty for the vehicleThe check engine light came on the next day so I took the vehicle to the auto parts store to be put on the machineThe reading came back as the cylinders are randomly misfiring and the battery was not the correct one for the vehicleI replaced the battery that same evening and called the warranty place the very next morningThe warranty company the Cars R Us offers said the misfiring cylinders are not covered by the warranty and that I have not driven the vehicle long enough to see if anything was truly wrong with the vehicleThe vehicle started overheating due to no antifreeze in the reservoirI took the vehicle to the radiator shop and all the heater connectors were broken and clamps were missingSo that was another out of pocket expenseCars R Us never has a mechanic on duty, I know this because when I spoke to the owner's son about the coolant leaking, no mechanic was availableAlso the salesman [redacted] is very disrespect to women and the sexual comments are not called for and are very unprofessional
