I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Mrs. [redacted] did send me an email asking my sons name on the 28th of October. I responded on the 29th and again this morning (11-1) but have not heard back. I am willing to give her a couple days to respond but my complaint will not be resolved until the driving part of his class is complete and we have what we need for him to get his license.

It has not been resolved. My son did get a text and has completed 2 of the 8 hours of driving. He still needs to do 2 more 3 hour sessions.  They are supposed to do them this weekend. I will not be satisfied until it is complete and we have what we need for him to get his license.
