Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Despite what you may believe at no point was it stated, that my deposit was not refundableIf this deposit is not returned I will start posting my experience on Yelp and every other review site I come acrossRegards, [redacted] ***

First as far as the panel that slipped on the siding, I did state no nails are used here and we will try to "lock" it back inThis did work and we have not been contacted otherwise since thenAs far as the "gap" I stated maybe a hair dryer would re bend it back into shape as years ago it was not
like this and something has shifted itI said caulking would not be recommended nor was it a problem of functionality eitherI can revisit this but was never told that there was any level of dis satisfaction with my answer (customer even did a video testimonial on this day) As far as the electrical wire/service main at Roeland we never re-attach them as we inform customers we are not licensed electriciansOne of my men gave this owner bad info when he tried to help and then said we could try to come when warmer to push the cable upThis is the homeowners responsibility to correct and although I too tried to be nice I called my electrician and asked if he could go and look at it but he was going away for several weeks and as of now has not reported back to meI will close and say this I do not appreciate the use of this venue when not a single mention was made of our one problem of the panel slipping againAs always I will fix anything that my previous employees left done or undone but need to know it firstThis job is less than miles from my office and looks amazing so I guess my comments of "we are not licensed to do the electrical" go unheard due to a previous visit from an ex employee who was just trying to be helpful and was not authorized to do such workPlease note I will be calling her in the morning to fix the siding but not the electrical as this is and was always a responsibility left to the homeowner for the last years of our siding career

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. In response of complaint ID ***, we have serviced Mr *** Rav since his original purchaseOver the years, he has never identified this problem as a concern when he would bring the car in for serviceSimply, the repair that he was recommended, is an issue of wear and tear, and is not
covered under are call, which is a totally different issueAs for his warranty, he had an extended warranty that was a year 75,mile Toyota warranty, his vehicle has 86,plus on it, which expires the planI have attached some repair orders and a statement from my Service writer, who was treated very poorly and had to listen to some threats of online assaults, if he didn't get his vehicle repaired at no charge to himYou can read her statement

Revdex.com Feb25, Bryant Woods SouthAmherst, NY 14228Reference Revdex.com Complaint ID ***Dear Lou Ann Pedersen,We have resolved this issue with Mr*** back in JanuaryI'm not sure why he has sent in the complaint at this pointThe issue of insurance was a
situation where he was scheduled to pick up his new Rav on January 11, 2016, but due to a health issue, and our inability to contact him, he didn't actually pick it up until the 20th of JanuaryAs you are aware, we are required to contact the insurance to transfer insurance, but it won't take place until the plates are transferredHe was coming out early of a Toyota Lease, and we purchased it from Toyota Financial ServicesI believe the problem of not showing paid of is that our regional office is now in the Baltimore area, and that weekend they had a historic snowstorm and the office was shut down for a few daysIm sure at that point, that created a back log of work and it didn't show that his car was paid off ,or there was a posting error, when we actually paid off the car on 1/21/This issue with his previous lease not showing paid off is one with Toyota Financial ServicesMr. *** was in the dealership, Saturday Feb20th and at that time we told him that we would call TFS on his behalf, Monday the 22ndWe confirmed that it was paid and he actually was able to confirm that the vehicle was paid earlier this week.Based on this information, we believe that we delivered exactly what we both I agreed to and don't feel that there is any further action needed.SINCERELY,Gerald P Vanderstyne JR

On September 12, 2016, the customer contacted us stating that there was a concern with their vehicle after they had the oil change done at ***As recommended by ***, their Scion tC was towed to our dealership by a third party tow company of their choosing. We inspected the vehicle,
found the engine was making an excessive knocking noise and the engine oil was overfullIt was determined that the engine needed to be replaced and the vehicle was unsafe to driveAs requested, we provided the diagnosis to ***From what we understand, ***declined any repairs on the vehicleAfter discussing our findings, the customer declined repairs and had the vehicle towed from our dealership by a company of their choosingTo our knowledge, the customer never came to the dealership while their vehicle was here. The customer called the next day stating that the vehicle had been driven seven miles while at our dealership, there was damage done to their vehicle while it was here, and they were told it had been parked next to a construction trailerThe vehicle was never driven by us as it was unsafe to driveThereis not a construction trailer on the property and we did not damage the vehicleThe $disputed was owed to the tow company they used to have their vehicle towed hereSincerely,Gerald *** **.Owner

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. On multiple occasions we explained the problem with the car, and on every occasion they denied the problem existed...UNTIL after the warranty they sold us expired.  Obviously scammed us with the warranty and fraudulently overlooked necessary repairs until after the warranty expired.  Just like a liar to say they didn't lie, just like a scam artist to say they're honest.  This dealership is a sham.  They must have saved their money from scamming people on warranties to remodel because every time we've gone there the place looks like it was just hit by a tornado.  It's been that way for years...just a run down dump. These con artists owe me for the repairs they denied needed to be done.  They write whatever they want on the repair request, which had/has nothing to do with the problems we explained.  They never even took the vehicle out on the road to see what was happening under the described conditions - obvious scam. Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Calls were made back in August on the 3rd 5:19pm and 4th 10:26 AM and messages were left with whoever answered..Receptionist assumed...Never received a call back... And why should I have to pick up windows that are covered under lifetime warranty? And when I told you about the other failed windows you told me to hold off cause you were reorganizing your company. I have two more failed windows since then....And as far as cell phone number I must have lost it...

The company went bankrupt! not us but ALL our warranties are subserviant to the manufacturer. We do have a few sashes here w your name on them. Please let us know what your pleasure is [redacted]

Upon getting the complaint rejection by Mrs. [redacted] we immediately called her. I asked her why she did not call us to say the siding piece came loose again and before I could say anything else she hung up on me. As I stated we are not licensed electricians and cannot re-attach her meter. The bolts where cut as they should have been as we stripped the wood siding off the home. I answer all calls as soon as time allows as this complaint came to us this morning and we addressed it asap. I cannot repair the loose siding if we are hung up on, Mrs [redacted] lives 1 mile from our office and this can be corrected in 2 minutes with a trim nail (not used the first time as alternate method not visible was tried)

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: What Mr. Roeland stated is not true.  I will print out and mail via post office email that I originally sent to Roeland and, if I can take a photo of the slipped pipe will include that also.I complained about the corner molding when the job was finished.Mr. Roeland did state on the day of his visit and pushed it back up that they do NOT nail the top row of siding, and it has slipped again. Also, the pipe was originally loosened to do the siding,  including opening the electric box, And there was no electrician present to do it.  At the conclusion of the job, they never bothered to reattach it to the house. To date, there has been no phone call from Mr. Roeland

As far as Mr. Valdez’s complaint the window manufacturer went Bankrupt and we do have several sashes but he had called in the past and added more, never providing us with additional info (labels from windows) so we could call the new owners to get new sashes, they will service them just not for...

free. As far as all the recent calls I have no log entries from the service portal with any of his numbers on the dates he referenced and no messages from him that I can find. I will look further into this as this is the reason I use a service. Mr. Valdez has My personal Cell and I as of this date had not gotten any calls. As far as the sashes we have (2, I was told) He is more than welcome to pick them up at our location in Denville.  Please advise what you would have us do next prior to my calling Mr. Valdez  Please use [redacted] for all communications               Thanks for taking the time to meet with me, I have attached your quote for your review. Please feel free to call or email me with any and all questions. I hope you find Roeland to be your company of choice, with over 3 decades under the same name Roeland has a dedication to serving it’s Customers with respect and courtesy. [redacted]
