Cleveland Ave Auto works, we are honest and truthful and won't sell a car that has any unknown problemsAfter leaving off the lot, he decides to come back an hour after saying that he forgot he drivers license and meanwhile he also says that the engine light is onI respectfully respond back telling him that he may come get his driver’s license and that I will take a look at the carKeeping in mind that what happens when the car is taken off the lot is unknownThe reason for test driving cars is to allow the customer to see that the car is in its best working conditionAfter his demanding responses, I managed to take a look at the car, even with many different customers waiting to be taken care ofI had a code pthat it may have been the gas cap that wasn't on all the way, so I tightened the gas cap and sent him on his way. Taking time to figure out what may have been the problem from a well tested car caused me to lose business among other customers patiently waitingHe soon calls back around 4:pm after closing time Saturday and wanted to come back in saying that his engine light was on againI close at pm on Saturdays, the person cleaning the shop after closing answered the phone and mentioned to him to call back Monday morning to talk to me and we can figure out what to doUnfortunately MrHunt was speaking with a lot of anger threatening to sue our business, even though the person cleaning has nothing to do with all thisAfter he called back on Monday to speak with me and after being disrespectful in Saturday's conversation, I still wanted to help fix the problemI apologized to the customer, thanked him for his business and told him that I would work with him if there was really a problem with car. MrHunt told me on the phone to fix the car or he is going to go different direction I responded that car was bought with no warranty but I will work with him as soon as we know what is wrong. I priced the Catalytic converter, which MrHunt claims may have been the reason the engine line keeps coming on after he went elsewhere to run a diagnosticI truly believe in the motto that every customer is right and that the reason my business is still standing strong is because of the many referrals and customers that I have extended such a strong relationship with.
