My name is *** and I am one of the representatives for Cleveland Bricks. The complaint that was filed by our tenant *** *** at the property address *** *** Rd in Parma has been taken care of completelyPlease update the dispute at your end and contact me for any other
information you may need. Thanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I attempted to contact Cleveland Bricks via email on June 30, 2015 at 7:10 a.m.; response from Regina by 11:03 a.m.  They did arrange to have an employee come and look at the damage (July 2, 2015).  They scraped the damaged ceiling.  The final repairs took over 6 weeks to complete (August 18, 2015) as their employee kept cancelling the job (softball game, rain, car broke down).  I was not on my honeymoon, I simply got married, locally, on a Sunday in July.  I was at no time out of town.  Cleveland Bricks has simply been very difficult to deal with in the past.  This time, Regina helped move things along but there were still "bumps in the road".  They have made repairs to my home however, I had to keep calling them to get the job done.  I am satisfied with the repair they have made and wish to close my Complaint.
Regards,
[redacted]
