At this time, I have been contacted directly by Monti Moving & Storage, Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: On written in, the envelope in which their letter was received was postmarked February ***, This may have been an error on their part but please note that we did not receive any thing from Monti until your organization contacted them on 2/**Monti's requirements (for the broken items in the move of December ***) included 3rd party repair or replacement estimatesSince many of these are not repairable, I obtained and sent them replacement estimates on 2/**I also sent them photos of each broken items that Monti requestedOn 2/**, we received a 2nd letter from Monti stating that they would only reimburse us for cents per pound of the items brokenAlthough they did not have the weight of the items, they gave us a breakdown of the items and values at cents a poundIt did not matter that they requested estimates on each broken item and that we took the time to research and give them those valuesOn 2/ [redacted] we accepted their offer for the cents per pound per item, as it appeared that we would not be able to get value for themHowever, we are still awaiting the amount that was offered and are still awaiting this In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Monti Moving & Storage, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
On 2/**, we received a letter from Monti Movers asking that we send third-party estimates for the repair or
replacement of each item that was broken. Although their letter that was received had the date of 1/*/written in, the envelope in which their letter was received was postmarked February ***, This may have been an error on their part but please note that we did not receive any thing from Monti until your organization contacted them on 2/**. Monti's requirements (for the broken items in the move of December ***) included 3rd party repair or replacement estimates. [The office manager of the philadelphia office named *** *** contacted me like weeks ago to apologize for the
inconvenience and told me that the main offices were taking care of my claim and that I will be receiving a letter by mail explaining their resolution about my case but I haven't received anything yet from them so im still waiting to see what happends

This may have been an error on their part but please note that we did not receive any thing from Monti until your organization contacted them on 2/**. Monti's requirements (for the broken items in the move of December [redacted]) included 3rd party repair or replacement estimates. Since many of these are not repairable, I  obtained and sent them replacement estimates on 2/**. I also sent them photos of each broken items that Monti requested. On 2/**, we received a 2nd letter from Monti stating that they would only reimburse us for .60 cents per pound of the items broken. Although they did not have the weight of the items, they gave us a breakdown of the items and values at .60 cents a pound. It did not matter that they requested estimates on each broken item and that we took the time to research and give them those values. On 2/** we accepted their offer for the .60 cents per pound per item, as it appeared that we would not be able to get value for them. However, we are still awaiting the amount that was offered and are still awaiting this.
