I went for the first time to this clinic at City PlaceI saw one doctor who wasn't the specialist which didn't know much what to say about the x-rays.(Dr [redacted] Then, they made me go back and see the surgeon Dr [redacted] ***He barely saw me 5-minutes, got my MRI in his handsThe MRI belonged to me, I paid for them in a different place beforeHE lost them, this clinic kept me back and forth between phone callsHe not only lost them, I had to go in person for them to tell me , and worst like nothing happenedI spoke to a manager and she did nothing, just pretended to look for itNow I have to pay them for nothing $
Weston Family Center: Complete lack of consideration with Patients on routine procedures, follow up and follow through is not the best experienceFor my annual my PCP did not have appointments available for more than a month so I was advised to schedule with a MD from her staff, during the visit I was questioned about having the annual check up with a different professional instead of my PCPfrom that point forward a terrible experience that dropped my previous experience level from to starsDid I mentioned they poorly handled authorization process with my insurance? I spent a lot of time doing their job, when I called in order to know the Supervisor of the person that called me nobody seemed to know that the lady had a Manager or Supervisor Cleveland Clinic Florida: Great experience with major procedures, but still poor follow up, to the extent that they simply do not schedule or advice about schedule pertinent studies in order to avoid conditions recurrence Nurse staff is the best
Cleveland Clinic decided that my PCP should be changed without informing me. Regardless my opinion about that change this unilateral designation impacted me at different levels, since my PCP is documented on all my files, including pharmacies, one refill for a condition was denied by Cleveland Clinic because the Pharmacy sent the request to my PCP that replied that the request was not sent to the right MD, the funny (not for me) part is that the new "designated" PCP is a member of my Primary's Team. Called Cleveland Clinic and the assistant explained the whole mishap but when I asked why my PCP was changed without at least letting me know she hanged the phone. Called six more times, each one of them was on hold for more than 6 minutes and at the end they hanged the line.
