6/27/telephone response received from the company as follows: The company stated they will replace the steps within weeks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This business's response is a complete and total fabrication I DID NOT at any time "throw salt" on my steps, when I called to complain about the pitted and poor quality, crumbling steps, they told me that I must have thrown salt on the steps and they apologized that they need to state clearly to customers that these steps are not cured or sealed This is utter nonsense from a dishonest company that made a poor quality product and now will not stand behind it I want a full refund immediately or I will be forced to take legal action Regards, [redacted]

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 5/26/They were out on Friday to finish up the job They apologize for taking so long, it was a bad winter and they were slow to get started this year

6/27/2017 telephone response received from the company as follows: The company stated they will replace the steps within 3 weeks.

Received company's response VIA telephone as follows: Company stated they did repair a small hairline crack by patching it.Company stated consumer called them back stating steps are now falling.Company stated they told the consumer they need to test the steps to see if any chemicals were used...

on the steps and if no chemicals were used, they will replace the steps.Company stated they explained to the consumer that testing has be done when the temperature is above 55 degrees and steps are dry otherwise the test will report as a misread. Company stated they can do testing in a week to a week and half weather permitting.

Responding to a letter we received from the Revdex.com [redacted] first of all we did talk to [redacted] he did admit that his wife put salt on the steps so Not to go back-and-forth what we can do is have the steps tested by a third party Chemical concrete testing company the name is chemistry of concrete so once we have the step tested if they say no chemicals been on the steps we will replace his step if it comes back that some type of ice melting chemicals were used on his steps that would void his warranty and hopefully satisfy the Revdex.com and the customer please feel free to give us a call at 216-391-7837 with any questions or concerns hope to hear from you guys soon to resolve this situation thank you for your time Cleveland concrete step company

We received a complaint from a[redacted] ,We spoke to [redacted] about the steps he purchased from us , and in the beginning of our conversation he started the conversation by stating that his wife threw salt on the steps, witch clearly voids the warranty that's in REd...

writing on the invoice that explains the proper care of the steps , he asked if there were anything that could be done to patch them up he was told that we don't patch stairs but maybe [redacted] had something he can use , were sorry that such a ms fortune happened but when he signed his invoice we explained the proper way to take care of the stairs , so with that he voided the warranty by putting chemicals on the steps , any questions you have please feel free to give us a call at 216-391-7837 Cleveland concrete step company
