This student registered for our special online in classroom real estate course at 1/price when advertised past springShe was instructed in order to have assess to the video program the price must be paid in fullAnther way to complete the course is having to show at any of our locations which the Lee Institute had at the time and now hold two locations, Brookline and Norwood? By paying % of tuition and in order to enjoy the ability to complete the course and its video program the student needs to be in a classroom setting with a licensed instructor at any of the locationsAfter failing to understand this the student consistently was trying to rewrite our policy by having to watch and take the course while at homeThe student was instructed that the course tuition must be paid in full at including textThe refuse to pay the balance and the deposit in not refundableShe can use a credit of toward future courses and has year to apply the credit to another course from the date of registration? To Whom it may concern: Our company policy will issue a pro-rated refund within daysSince most of our students do not receive a pro-rated refund according to our records the time period for the refund can take as long as days.This customer, according to our policy, is not entitled to a refund having read the policy the school must be given business days of cancellation.Regards,*** ***

it is unethical for the company to make advances for extra profit such as book keeping for a prorated refundthis is simply not necessaryplease keep things simple, timely, and efficient to serve your customer and refund the proper amount of $

in this case, how can your company apply the day rule to same day enrollment? given it took about minutes to complete the transaction and take payment in full, ? the passing of nearly whole month is absolutely adequate to produce a refund to an honest customerto still be in the process of refunding initial payment at this point? is unethical business practicethe story of pro-rating refund to profit for a free introductory class? is unfair and? unnecessaryfor such a simple transaction,? it is in the best interest of the company to? resolve this issue in a responsible and timely manner.Regards,
