February 20, It WAS Cleveland Johnson cab serviceI can provide a description of your driverI can provide call logs that show your cab service was called and that it was called on my visitor's phone with a conversationIf you keep business records, which you should, you should show a pick up at my address on February 20, This was the date of service in question.The driver was extremely heavyHe was talking on his cell phone the entire timeThis WAS your cab servicePlease check your records for February 20, to find that you did have a pickup at my address on that date and that this pickup went to the *** bus station that dayYou were paid $for this serviceAnd obviously, I won't ever be calling you for my transportation needs again

This was not a driver or taxi from Cleveland Johnson Cab Service. We have not make any trips to the bus station in [redacted], Ky. today.  It had to be one of the other companies.  Please feel free to call [redacted] in the future for your transportation needs.

Hi,This driver did take us to the bus station that day, so he is lying.However, an offer of a free ride is a generous offer from the owner and more than makes up for a bad experience so I will accept that and call you if I ever need a ride again. Thank you for your response.

I have checked with all drivers and reviewed all log sheets from Feb. 20, 2016. There was only one driver on duty this day. He does remember receiving a call from you and advised you he was just too busy to get you to the bus station at the time you called.  In the meantime he had a cancellation and called you back to let you know he was available. He said you told him you no longer needed a ride and hung up on him. I do not have any drivers that go without bathing, I do not have any drivers that are rude nor is this something I would allow to happen. Our vehicles are by no means the newest or nicest but they are far from unsanitary and cleaned on a regular basis. All  my drivers will provide a receipt upon request.It is unfortunate that you and your friend had a bad experience.
