Per our policy stated on the bottom of all invoices,all cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restock and freight back to the factory and merchandise must be returned within 14 days.The customer signed off on this policy on the original invoicewhen merchandise  was picked up on 6/11/15.The...

customer came in on 6/26/15 - one day past our14 day return policy  to return the merchandisewith one defective and cancelling the other two.We followed our policy and charged restock  on the (2) that were cancelled and freight back.   We gave him full credit on thedefective piece, and we decided to credit the customereven though it was past the 14 days.Also,  our policy states all special orders are final sale andwe still accepted the return to satisfy the customer.So,  I believe Cleveland Lighting has gone above and beyondby accepting the merchandise back because our policy clearlystates that we did not have to accept the merchandise butdid as a courtesy to the customer.See attached documents showing signature and policy.Thank you[redacted]Accounting ManagerCleveland Lighting
