We have spoken with Ms*** through our Marriott Customer Care as well as social media. Ms*** was in the hotel on a associate related discount which is a privilege to associates. We explained at the arrival as well as afterwards that associate related rooms do not have breakfast
included. Ms*** was aware of this at the arrival and attempted to use this at each touchpoint to get accessThe amount that she is requesting to be refunded is $more than what she was charged from the restaurant Jamie H***, General Manager
