Cleveland Property Management Group FEBRUARY 4TH, We at Cleveland Property Management pride ourselves in the accuracy of our inspectionsWe have reviewed the file and will not be making changes at this timeThe first concern that we would like to address is regarding not providing the report in a timely mannerThis is not trueOur move out inspection occurred on 12/23/at 10:30AMThe report was finalized on 12/31/at which time it was provided to the tenant by email(See included.) I received a call from CPMG on 02/05/2016 expressing their
willingness to negotiate. On the second call two days ago, I was promised to
get a final answer today 02/11/2016. So far, neither I nor my husband has heard
from them in any form.
In their business response, they stated the finalized move
out report was mailed within the 30 day window, while we did not get any one
until 31 days after the lease was terminated (table 1 in attachment) and our
disagreements about the move-out report was totally ignored. Please see Fig.1
in attachment for proof. We have everything in dispute well recorded by photos
and videos. In the attachment below, how their move-in report and move-out
report contradict each other is pointed out (Fig.2). The house was built in
1920. Fig. 3 and 4 in the attachment show its condition when we moved in. It was
not well cleaned, with some damages even mentioned in the move-in report that
needed fixing but were never fixed. While in their move-out report, they wanted
to charge us money for those damages documented in their own move-in report. We
kept the house well maintained. Every semi-annual house inspector said the
house was nice and clean. Fig. 5 in the attachment is photos we took when we
moved out, showing the house was properly cleaned. We fulfilled our duty as tenants.
We have the right to have our security deposit back.

on 02/09/2016. We brought back our faith in them for resolving this matter in a
