The Cleveland Public Library Lending Manager advised this patron on August 9, that the $fee (that is charged once an account exceeds $in fines and is sent to collection) would be waived once the fines were paid The Lending Manager requested that the patron call or email him once
the fines were paid offThe patron paid off the fines on September 13, but did not contact the Lending ManagerIn response to this complaint, the Library removed the $fee from the patron's account on September 16, It will take 1-business days for the Library's computer system to update the information The patron should contact Stephen W***, Lending Manager, at 216-623-for any further questions concerning this account
