Cleveland Sleep Research Center Reviews (4)

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint However, in further dealings with the company excluding this customer service representative, I remain disappointed but do not plan to pursue any further complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The customer service representative I had the unfortunate timing of encountering in this issue (N [redacted] ) has responded without any particular comment on the issue of her lack of professionalism or negative attitudeI am sorely disappointedHowever, the office manager left a voice mail message apologizing for N [redacted] 's attitude and said that it was a an ongoing issue that they have to deal with and of which the doctor is awareShe also stated in her message that the entire office heard her unfortunate tirade and that she could hear it from the back of the officeThis is where my disappointment lies - that someone deemed it appropriate to publicly rant at a client and that when the client decided to neutrally refuse to give the person the unprofessional comments they demanded by simply ending the call, the representative called back and left a message (again, available upon request) dismissing the client without any discussion with the office manager or doctor with whom the client had a relationship for years (not 6) and stated simply that the client was "hassling" the office (repeated in her message to the Revdex.com).However, despite the customer service representative's noncommital Revdex.com message, the doctor did contact me to discuss and grant a prescription for the medication originally requested for refillIn my discussion with the doctor, I stated again that my issue was not with the prescription, but with the person with whom I had the unfortunate encounterN [redacted] also decided to personally email me with her Revdex.com message, again, an action I find unprofessionalI do not plan to attempt to return to this office due to this incident and will recommend the sameI would appreciate it if N [redacted] ceases attempts at contact as wellI do not plan to further this complaint as both the office manager and doctor responded satisfactorilyRegards,***- [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  However, in further dealings with the company excluding this customer service representative, I remain disappointed but do not plan to pursue any further complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The customer service representative I had the unfortunate timing of encountering in this issue (N[redacted]) has responded without any particular comment on the issue of her lack of professionalism or negative attitude. I am sorely disappointed. However, the office manager left a voice mail message apologizing for N[redacted]'s attitude and said that it was a an ongoing issue that they have to deal with and of which the doctor is aware. She also stated in her message that the entire office heard her unfortunate tirade and that she could hear it from the back of the office. This is where my disappointment lies - that someone deemed it appropriate to publicly rant at a client and that when the client decided to neutrally refuse to give the person the unprofessional comments they demanded by simply ending the call, the representative called back and left a message (again, available upon request) dismissing the client without any discussion with the office manager or doctor with whom the client had a relationship for 2 years (not 6) and stated simply that the client was "hassling" the office (repeated in her message to the Revdex.com).However, despite the customer service representative's noncommital Revdex.com message, the doctor did contact me to discuss and grant a prescription for the medication originally requested for refill. In my discussion with the doctor, I stated again that my issue was not with the prescription, but with the person with whom I had the unfortunate encounter. N[redacted] also decided to personally email me with her Revdex.com message, again, an action I find unprofessional. I do not plan to attempt to return to this office due to this incident and will recommend the same. I would appreciate it if N[redacted] ceases attempts at contact as well. I do not plan to further this complaint as both the office manager and doctor responded satisfactorily. Regards,[redacted]-[redacted]

We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 10/21/2015 pertaining to our patient [redacted].  We have 25,000 patients in this small practice and first time we have received such a complaint in the past 17 years. We truly appreciate the efforts taken to bring this problem to our attention....

We work hard everyday to deal with all the daily problems for our patients which includes their demands for medications, this is a challenge!! in any medical office.  It is our policy to terminate such patients from the practice as they create unnecessary hassles for our office staff. This patient has been terminated from the practice effective 10/19/2015.  Her records have already been faxed to her doctor's office as part of our discharge protocol.Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention, we strive every day to work and help our patients as we have done with this patient in the past 6 years.Sincerely[redacted]Practice Administrator, Cleveland Sleep Centers
