Majestic reached out and resolved all complaintsI had tried to close this case previously but was unable to do that until they responded Thanks [redacted] ***

This sidewalk was replaced two weeks ago

To whom it may concern: Our warranty states that upon opening and closing the pool by Majestic Poos, we will warranty lines against freezing onlyUpon Repair, we discovered that o rodent had chewed through one of the linesAt this time the customer was told that we would need payment for the repairThe customer told the repair crew that she would not pay The service man returned the following day to finish the concrete work after completing the line repair she was again asked for payment and the customer refusedWe are requesting payment for the work completed before we finish the concrete workEnclosed are pictures of chewed line and a copy of the warranty given to customersGeorge [redacted] Service Manager

We have no control over the weather and the problems with getting this job completed were totally weather relatedHer repair was done and she signed a paper stating she was satisfiedWe warranty our work for one yearWe sent a gift certificate for $to compensate for the delay

I spoke with Kathy at the business and she stated they will be scheduling with the consumer at their earliest convenience, to address the issues, when the pool season ends

This money has been refunded on 1/23/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOriginal complaint date : 9-29- I was very pleased to receive a call from John [redacted] of Majestic Pool Cn March 19th, He apologized for the delay in responding and stated that he would call me back sometime this week, and make an appointment to come to my home and discuss his plans to make my inground pool stair jets work I am very hopeful that he will be able to make these repairs soon, unfortunately there may now be a problem getting parts - but he said he will work on a solution This is an unusual situation because we are talking about an inground pool and these companies cannot work during winter months and reopen when the ground thaws So, at this time I cannot close my complaint -it is too premature- but as soon as I am contacted again by Mr [redacted] I will contact you I hope the work will be completed as soon as possible and at that time, once the jets are in good working order, I can close my claim as a satisfied customer Also, once the jets are working, I will happily cancel my upcoming Small Claims Court date now set for June That is why I could not, at this time, choose the "accept" response and had to choose "reject" - until the problem is resolved Thank you very much Revdex.com Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They did come out to service the heater, however, we had to light it again last week so there is obviously a defect in the heater that can not or has not been repairedAlso, they still have not come to remove the dirt as they agreed to doThey also have done nothing to repair the hole in the steel wall of the pool, nor have they even attempted to speak to us regarding the impact that this hole will have on our poolWe would like to hire a landscaper to salvage the rest of our yard, a cost we had not factored into this pool installing process since we did not know that our yard would be so damaged, but we can not hire the landscaper until Majestic removes the unwanted dirtAgain, I started asking for removal of this dirt the day after they began digging, I called Marty and he spoke to John (the owner) who said not to worry, once the concrete was installed they would remove the dirtMarty also said that John would come to speak to usThat was in May, I have still never met the manSo, there are still THREE issues that need to be resolvedHeater pilot continues to go outExcess dirt needs to be removedHole in steel wall needs to be addressed Regards, [redacted]
