Merritt W [redacted] < [redacted] >6:AMto me, *** Dear Ms***,I left a voicemail for you yesterday at about 3:pm, but since the deadline for responding is today, I thought following up with an email would be best. After reading the desired settlement suggested by Mr [redacted] , I have a different suggestion Phil [redacted] /ClevelandMoto remains willing to install the requested tire at my shop in Mentor, OhioHowever, if Mr [redacted] and his motorcycle are in South Carolina, I believe (based on years in business), that a better way to proceed would be for Mr [redacted] to decide what motorcycle shop he would like to have do the work and to provide the name of that shop to our storeClevelandMoto will assure that a tire acceptable to Mr [redacted] is available at that store, the cost of the tire being our responsibility Mr [redacted] will then pay to have it installed as he described in his desired settlement.ClevelandMot has no interest in the tire previously installed on Mr [redacted] 's bike, so there is no need to ship it back to Ohio Although it is not part of the solution, please note that the tire installed by our shop on Mr [redacted] 's bike (100-90-19) is suitable according to the manufacturer (Honda) At the same time, it is understood that Mr [redacted] expected 110-90-19, and we are willing to follow through with our suggested resolution to bring this to closure.I look forward to hearing back from you about the next step.Best regards,Merritt [redacted] ClevelandMoto, Inc

*** *** was charged hour of labor ($90) tire disposal fee ($3) and the price of Inner Tube ($14.95) The shop rate for changing a carried in, tube-type motorcycle wheel / tire is hour of labor ($90) *** *** was promised nothing other than thisOur tire-changing rate is
published and posted in our stores It should also be noted that *** *** did not purchase his tires from us, and many shops will refuse to mount customer supplied tires. *** *** was given fantastic, priority service and mechanics worked on his job to get him back on the road faster. No refund or price adjustment will be issued to *** *** as he was charged correctly for the service he received. *** *** called me to complain, asking how he could be charged for hour of labor when the job was done in less than an hourI explained that most people would understand that technicians working at hours each is hour I would also suggest that having a wheel done while you wait in less than an hour is fantastic and certainly above the industry standards

[redacted], I have a different suggestion.  Phil [redacted]/ClevelandMoto remains willing to install the requested tire at my shop in Mentor, Ohio. However, if Mr. [redacted] and his motorcycle are in South Carolina, I believe (based on 15 years in business), that a better way to proceed would be for Mr. [redacted] to decide what motorcycle shop he would like to have do the work and to provide the name of that shop to our store. ClevelandMoto will assure that a tire acceptable to Mr. [redacted] is available at that store, the cost of the tire being our responsibility.  Mr. [redacted] will then pay to have it installed as he described in his desired settlement.ClevelandMot has no interest in the tire previously installed on Mr. [redacted]'s bike, so there is no need to ship it back to Ohio.  Although it is not part of the solution, please note that the tire installed by our shop on Mr. [redacted]'s bike (100-90-19) is suitable according to the manufacturer (Honda).  At the same time, it is understood that Mr. [redacted] expected 110-90-19, and we are willing to follow through with our suggested resolution to bring this to closure.I look forward to hearing back from you about the next step.Best regards,Merritt [redacted] ClevelandMoto, Inc.
