Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 15, 2016/02/09) */ I'm not sure how I didn't respond these correspondences The customer called my cell phone and called my store and hung up on my employee I told her I had no problem refunding her but my employee who was working at the time was new and not authorized to do it I told her she could come the next day to receive her refund in full, in cash She then called my phone and I told her this, but she would have to come in with the ticket number or I would be able to mail it to her No one ever told me she had shingles Her boyfriend called me a [redacted] and screamed at me and I asked him to leave I am unable to give him a refund for someone else If she would have told me this, I asked her to alert me that someone else would be coming to retrieve her refund, but she did not I said we would need a copy of their driver's license to prove that I was giving the refund to the authorized Her boyfriend was screaming at my employee, and when I asked what I could do, he demanded her refund I would not just refund her money to someone else A man coming in for a woman's refund is just a red flag, and I was not just going to give it to him without verification He started yelling profanities and slammed my door so hard that it almost broke my glass He was completely irate and out of control I tried to call Irone after this to verify with her and she admitted that she forgot to tell him that I even told her I would have gladly sent her a money to an address after this took place, because I didn't want him coming in here to act ignorant in front of my customers again I tried and tried to work with her to give her the refund
