Clever Investor offers a day money back guarantee on all their products and services We also go a step further and maintain a policy of granting refunds to unhappy customers or to customers that feel they will not find success from our programsThis definitely came as quite a surprise and once we were made aware of [redacted] ***'s concerns we refunded their charges immediately, even though we delivered on all of our promises We strongly feel this complaint is completely unfounded but would still like to remedy the situation and even offer them another opportunity with a free trial Our Director of Business Development tried to contact with [redacted] to resolve this situation and to receive feedback that will allow us to continue to improve on customer experience but was only able to speak with her husband, [redacted] After speaking with [redacted] ***, we learned that they have purchased products and / or services from a few other investment education organizations that did not produceBecause of this it was stated by [redacted] that [redacted] felt we were in the same category however, we were never given the opportunity to prove otherwise The customer first purchased the Fast Track program, which consists of the MSystem, Training Modules, Profit Center Trainings and our pre-written Forms and Contracts in March of and our last connection with the complainant was made in April of 2015, one year ago It is apparent that we delivered our full training materials and guided through setting up their new system within three months of their purchase date as promised We tried on several occasions to follow up with them and had not had any type of communication from them since 4/10/ We were unaware of any situation or that they were unhappy with our products or services in any way The customer did not respond to any of our attempts of contact

I have only been a student of Clever Investor for two months but I am extremely pleased with the program so far I have participated in other programs in the past and I was extremely disappointed in the follow up I am working closely with my coach and I have actually received phone calls from [redacted] himself to discuss my progress and help me with stumbling blocks They are coaching me through getting set up with an internet presence and the ability to generate leads The marketing education is great They really have it set up for you to succeed and they proceed at a pace that is geared to your expertise level They do take you out of your comfort zone, but that is how progress is made and why you will succeedI am very positive that this is a program that I can believe in and progress to the level of real estate investing that I am looking for

We did everything we could to help ensure she had a successful direct mail marketing campaign We communicated directly with the owner of the direct mail company (Go Big) specifically about her account as there were several obstacles to overcome The campaign was a great success and your response rate was over times higher than the industry average.- Her mentor [redacted] introduced you to one of his valued business contacts, a successful investor in [redacted] named *** Providing key business relationships like this is not something we typically do, but [redacted] wanted to do whatever it took to help her succeed [redacted] offered her the services of one of his staff members Jo [redacted] to help negotiate her deals for you [redacted] called the leads that she generated from the marketing campaign without charging her anything.- [redacted] also introduced her to one of our successful students named [redacted] [redacted] spent over hours on the phone with her and he even helped her on your actual deals He sent me recorded phone calls that he had with her motivated seller leads on her behalf This is obviously way outside standard services.- Despite efforts the amount of effort (or lack thereof) she put in there were still had several opportunities that almost turned into deals Much of this activity was actually done for her by our staff and by their contacts Considering that she admittedly had very little time to put into your real estate business, this progress in a few short months is significant.- I just learned that we actually incurred long distance fees for some of our calls I don't mind because the expense as we have a "whatever it takes" attitude when it comes to helping our clients, but I am surprised she would expect a full refund after the large amount of time, resources and expenses we have put into this relationship

I joined the Clever Investor Mentoring Program a year agoI usually wait a while before I review anything (positive or negative) in order to be more objectiveI have nothing but good things to say about *** and his teamI quadrupled the money I invested in his program on my first month! May be my experience is not typical, or may be it isAll I can tell you is I did everything exactly like they teach you and tell you to do and I got great results! If you get to work, do what they tell you, keep a positive attitude, ask questions (that's what they are there for), invest a little money and a little of your time, and it will work! The money is not going to magically appear in your bank account just because you bought the program the same way the pounds don't start melting off just because you paid for a personal trainer at the gymYou actually have to go to the gym and do the work! So yes, there is some work that you need to doBut the cool part is that the mentoring program adapts to your level of knowledge and you never feel alone or confusedIf you know nothing about real estate investing or if you already know some but need more guidance, they adapt to youMy coach was always a phone call away whenever I got stuckIt's been a year and the program keeps on givingThere has been additional free seminars as well as in-person group trainings for his students to refresh information or learn new things as the market keeps changing so does *** and they make sure you are always in the know and the cutting edge of the real estate market

I have worked with the Clever Investor team for approximately 2 years. My experience has always been a positive one. The men and women on the team are friendly and knowledgeable in the field of real estate, networking, marketing, and they genuinely care about helping their students succeed. I can usually find someone available to answer my questions, give advise or share personal experience. The C.I. team is always looking at the latest in marketing ideas and the coaching students are the first to benefit from the new systems. I have found the educational programs easy to follow with clear step by step courses of action. I would, and have, recommended C.I. to friends and associates interested in becoming an investor.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Clever Investor has spoken with me at length and they have committed to restarting me with their program from the beginning, doubling the number of sessions, with additional assistance to help me work through the areas that I was having difficulty with. I realize now that some of the items that I wrote to the Revdex.com about were just miscommunications between me and Clever Investor and could have been worked out independent of the Revdex.com. I now understand that the M5 system will not just self generate leads, and CleverInvestor has committed that they will direct me in how to get it to be the tool I need.  They did tell me on their original call that I would need marketing funds. Also, now that I have communicated to them that the different marketing needs that I have as a licensed realtor, CleverInvestor has also committed to helping me adjust the marketing to reflect those needs.Since Clever Investor has committed to making things right and to going above and beyond the original agreement I had with them, along with the misunderstanding on my part,  it would be in everyone's best interest to remove my complaint from your records and I urge you to do so.

The customer purchased our ** product on 5/11/2017 which is offered with a 30 day money back guarantee which allows them to contact us before 6/11/2017 to cancel to avoid monthly costs. The customer contacted us on 6/14/2017 in which the monthly fee had already been applied. The customer...

informed us that they had already contacted us prior to the monthly billing date to cancel however, after further investigation we did not receive an emails or phone calls regarding this.We have gone ahead and issued the refund however we do make it clear in our terms and conditions that we must be contacted prior to the monthly billing date not after to avoid charges.

I'm a Clever Investor student and I must say that this program is genuine, real, and the support you receive is first class. Everyone from [redacted] on down actually have your back and best interest in mind. They go over and beyond to assist you in any and every way possible. You are a part of a actual family who cares about one another and will give you the support needed to push forward. I'm absolutely blessed to be a part of this awesome family. If you've had bad experiences with so called 'mentors'/training programs' I suggest you put that behind you and join this elite team.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
 Clever Investor has spoken with me at length and they have committed to restarting me with their program from the beginning, doubling the number of sessions, with additional assistance to help me work through the areas that I was having difficulty with. I realize now that some of the items that I wrote to the Revdex.com about were just miscommunications between me and Clever Investor and could have been worked out independent of the Revdex.com. I now understand that the M5 system will not just self generate leads, and CleverInvestor has committed that they will direct me in how to get it to be the tool I need.  They did tell me on their original call that I would need marketing funds. Also, now that I have communicated to them that the different marketing needs that I have as a licensed realtor, CleverInvestor has also committed to helping me adjust the marketing to reflect those needs.Since Clever Investor has committed to making things right and to going above and beyond the original agreement I had with them, along with the misunderstanding on my part,  it would be in everyone's best interest to remove my complaint from your records and I urge you to do so.

once we were made aware of [redacted]'s concerns we refunded their charges immediately, even though we delivered on all of our promises.  We strongly feel this complaint is completely unfounded but would still like to remedy the situation and even offer them another opportunity with a free trial.  Our Director of Business Development tried to contact with [redacted] to resolve this situation and to receive feedback that will allow us to continue to improve on customer experience but was only able to speak with her husband, [redacted].  After speaking with [redacted], we learned that they have purchased products and / or services from a few other investment education organizations that did not produce. Because of this it was stated by [redacted] that [redacted] felt we were in the same category however, we were never given the opportunity to prove otherwise.  The customer  first purchased the Fast Track program, which consists of the M5 System, 6 Training Modules, 4 Profit Center Trainings and our pre-written Forms and Contracts in March of 2015 and our last connection with the complainant was made in April of 2015, one year ago.   It is apparent that we delivered our full training materials and guided through setting up their new system within three months of their purchase date as promised.  We tried on several occasions to follow up with them and had not had any type of communication from them since 4/10/15.  We were unaware of any situation or that they were unhappy with our products or services in any way.  The customer did not respond to any of our attempts of contact.
