I am rejecting this response because:
I have emails back and forth where I clearly as what the return policy is and no where in the email does it say I will get a refund less the Free to me shippingI have never asked them to "change" the return policy just be honest and up front about it when a customer asks a question about it

We had numerous email exchanges with *** and nothing we can say will satisfy him other than “change our policy”
We charge no “restocking fee” and no “handling fee” , boots retail for and he bought for 283, we make per pairIt was not understood what his question was and he was not given an answer just a response When discounted this far no room is left overWe offered “Store Credit” of to off-set the shipping he is so upset with, he is not interested
Companies that are in this price range do not refund shipping and charge a restocking & handling fee*** sited two companies who refund shipping but they charge $& $more per pair of bootsIt was explained if we sold pairs a month at the increased profit margin we could cover the 2-per month returns and be better off but chances are he would not be buying here in that caseWe explain there is no such thing as “Free Shipping” just ask UPS or Fedex.
I can go on and on but we have been through all of this before with *** and we understand we will all be better off when he takes his business elsewhereIn other words, we can’t afford customers like this and he will be happier with someone else.
We don’t know what else to do with this gentleman
We will not be changing our policy or we have to change the entire makeup of our store
We have tried to appease the reasonable side and nothing will
No interest in refunding shipping and be unfair to others who have shipping charged
We offered Store Credit in excess of his shipping charge to no avail
