This product is a bust! It's called Click Heat but the click only works the first time you use it! Once it gets hard, it's very difficult to use I've emailed them asking for my money back as I bought two and they are expensive but I never heard back from them

I was at our county fair when I was approached by one of the booths representing "ClickHeat" heat packs I was told that they could be used over and over again and you could even use them as cold packs When I got home, I looked them up on the Internet as indicated on their box The website is very limited and only has uses for the heat pack (not cold) I tried to contact them with the form they have on the website "contact us" and it came back to me as "permanently undeliverable" This is not a very good product and I would strongly suggest that you do not buy

The customer service guy argues with you from the start. He's rude as hell and brought out a side of me I didn't like. The heaters are junk. They are lukewarm, not hot. They scam people in pain and that are deperate for relief. They tell you all the info they can except that there are NO refunds. You get to see that on your receipt after your card is swiped. It's all bait and switch. The sales lady Sue kept switching out the heated samples because she knows they go cold quick. They use the heat of the boiling water to pretend like it's the mechanism. This is a total scam. Big red flag that they argue with people online and don't offer refunds.Unfathomable!

I bought click heat at the World of Wheels Auto Show in Rosemont a week or so ago.
I spent $80 and the first time I used the pax it leaked onto my new sheets and mattress. I emailed Customer Service and spoke with Jodi Dobrinsky (757-472-9123) and she was by far the worse customer service rep I have ever dealt with in all my life. She sends me an attachment showing that my money was nonrefundable and no where on the box nor the receipt does it state this was nonrefundable and I advised her of that. Legally it needs to appear on the product you are selling. After I made that comment Jody became irritate and the name calling began. I have never talked to a more unprofessional person than her and I will never buy another product from this company again

These guys are charlatans that totally misrepresented this product Purchased at a home improvement expo, the salesman stated the baby bottle warmers and heat pads can be regenerated by simply running them under warm water - this was false Even dropping them in boiling water (recommended for faster regeneration), made them pliable only until they reached room temperature, when they hardened back up once again I tried contacting them via the phone number used to text my receipt to no avail and was forced to place a claim through my credit card company

This company sucks..I got ripped off like a bunch of other people...This product is a rip off and this company should be shut down for selling a product that doesn't work as told...I was told this lasted four hours and never told you had to boil this after every use...I would never buy something that I had to boil every time I had to reset it..Joke and waste..Gimmie my money back

I spend $221, I would like to get my money back , brcause I dont think tgis product is value to what I spend .
Has anyone got a refund?

Just bought this product at the Firehouse Expo in Nashville Tenn. yesterday 10-20-2018. Used once, does not stay hot for long. The girl who stated she were from Miami did not mention the boiling process. Money back guarantee? Don't want a replacement want full money back will contact BBB

Bought a reusable clickheat heater at the fair was told to boil it and let it cool off to reset it. Also was sold for five times the amount that it sells for online and was all the money that we had. It is a complete sham as soon as it was click the first time it never worked again no matter how many times we followed instructions on how to reset.

BEWARE, you can't get a refund and they are misrepresented. You have to boil them for a very long time and sometimes they work, sometimes NOT.

I purchased a ClickHeat from the Colorado Home and Garden show last weekend. The customer service I got from the saleswoman was amazing.
The product worked like it was supposed to but it takes some getting used to. As long as you're not set in your ways, it's very easy to use and get the hang of.
I don't own a microwave and basically live on a heating pad. This is a godsend as it is portable heat.

How do you get a refund?. It's a total scam I paid $107.( It was 106.75 but wasn't offered my .25 back) for a neck/back with an eye mask thrown in. The guy told me I had a 10 year warranty, said it's as easy as a click and it will last for 2 hours it was warm for 45 mins. Never said a word about boiling it to get back to original gel. no sign about refunds. Its a scam. How do I get my money back?

I am writing to the L.A. County Fair officials to inform them about two important things that were not told by the company staff in the sale. One is, when people are in a crowded booth with 3-4 sales people grabbing you for the demonstration, you cannot see the 4X6 notice that says they offer no refunds or returns, just replacements. Secondly, the quick click and heat of the product, as true as that is, has to be followed by boiling the product each time for about half an hour. So it is no good for travel, for quick reuse. The saddest part, when I did not know their no return policy, I took my purchase back to the fair only to be sent to another building for my return. I was denied it in the two locations only to write, call, email documentation about my complaint to the company to get a one line email that the decision of the owner was no refund. And their target audience are the older & elderly who are on limited funds but who are looking for help with pain. Such deceptive practices from any company should be punished.

Just bought the "ClickHeat" last night and was looking forward to using it this morning. But, could not click it to work. Tried on 2 of them, could not bend it. Afraid my fingernails will puncture it. Do not waste your money. Going back to the fair to return it.
