A few years ago I needed a roof. I was a bit apprehensive about using this company because I noticed a few negative reviews on here and on another site but also so many happy customers. Based on my experienced with traveling, many of the best vacation destinations that I have experienced in my life had some negative reviews on line. If I didnt book the vacations as a consequence, I may not have ever had the great time that I did.. I took a chance on Clicklock and boy did it pay off. I am more than happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the salesman, all the way up to the office staff that were very pleasant. My roof looks incredible; far better than I even thought it would look. My warranty came a few months after the installation and have no issues what so ever. I think that very few negative reviews should not spoil it for a great experience that I have had using Clicklock. You know what they say, you cant trust everything that you read on the internet.

Clicklock installed our roof starting October 9th and finishing on November 1st, 2014, a job which took over three weeks to complete instead of the four or five days indicated by Clicklock.
The "crew", which constantly changed in number and composition from 1 to 4 people, on occasion including the lead installer's untrained girlfriend and her untrained father, lacked the experience and supervision to complete the job in a timely manner.
We experienced a great deal of stress, as well as out of pocket expenses, due to which an officer of the company agreed to a $1500 discount from the price, as witnessed by the site supervisor who completed the final detail work, personally assured us that he had examined that the standard of work was of the proper quality and accepted the final amended payment cheque.
Since Nov. 1st, 2014 we have contacted the company at all levels for almost five months now, via countless calls, faxes, e-mails, and messages, to request and now demand our warranty.
They refuse to answer at all, in any way and have not provided our warranty.
Now we are seriously concerned that they are not doing so because our roof, as installed, cannot be warrantied.
Although the roof looks good, we continue to have no peace of mind.

I am very impressed with my new roof. I had to wait for installation due to the weather in January but it was worth it now that I see the final product. The sales rep and the installation crew were both very informative and helpful with my (many) questions. I am so glad I never have to think about my roof ever again! Thanks guys!
