Review: Where do I start this company lied about their price their products and services. They also continuously charged my credit card till I canceled and changed the number. The services rendered weren't anything like I was told. The owner would never answer or return calls. They just sold out to a company called grand placement which also seems to be a scam and sold all are information to them. The company needs refund all of are money this is insane. I have been attached to emails to emails from constant angry customers. How they even got my information I don't know!Desired Settlement: I just want the money charged on my credit card. I also want my information kept safe and not sold without my consent!
Review: I was contacted by Click Media Pros which may be Grand Placements or Coast 2 Coast E Solutions - I am not sure who is the real company. I have run into all those names when dealing with Click Media Pros. They offered a service to list my business search engines and give me top Google and Bing and Yahoo search placements for my business. When they did not come through with their services I attempted to contact them. My emails were first unreturned. Then my emails were bounced back as undeliverable. I tried calling and their phone number was no longer in service. When canceling my contract states to email [email protected] from which I have received no reply as well.Desired Settlement: I would like my $299.00 back.
