We had a handful of customers who were impacted when our payment processor went down causing payments to be processed multiple timesIt took us several days to identify the problem and work with the vendor and banks to reverse the paymentsOur customer care supervisor was notified of [redacted] concerns and frustrations yesterday, August 17th and contacted her today, August 18th to let her know the issue has been taken care ofWe apologize for the inconvenienceHopefully we will not encounter this issue again, but if we should, we will be able to recognize and resolve it quicker
