Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:More lies and outrageous blame shifting from this CEO, [redacted] He claims that he is "completely committed to the well being of our customers and providing five star service at EVERY contact" and that they "take accountability, make a plan and move forward" in the event that something goes wrong with an orderWhat an absolute joke! After literally dozens of phone calls from me over a three month period regarding my multiple complaints I never received a single call back from [redacted] until months later after I tracked him down regarding their egregious overcharging errors, lack of returning my phone calls, continual lame excuses and empty promises to rectify their admitted mistakesDoes that sound like [redacted] is committed to his customers by any stretch of the imagination? ***'s only position here, in his lame attempt to save face for his company, is to go on the offensive and falsely and blatantly attack me, the customer, with heinous lies in his attempt to shift the blame that lies squarely and only on himBrett NEVER once addressed how he was going to fix these months long problems but instead offered nothing but lame excuses about his hiring problems, equipment problems, a 10% monthly growth rate problem, etcetcbut NOT a single word from him truly accepting accountability and giving me any plan to rectify these continual screw ups caused in every instance by HIS companyInstead, out of his arrogance, he sarcastically threatened that he would purposely deliver me nothing but garbage which is the ONLY promise he has delivered onAfter finally receiving my films they are, in fact, nothing but complete and worthless garbage from a petty and vengeful CEO! ***'s misappropriated anger is so irrationally transfixed on me that apparently he believes he is President Trump and claims the nonsensical idea of wanting to fire me! Wow this nut job is completely out to lunch which supports his employees on-line reviews of him claiming that he wants to fire anyone that disagrees with him [redacted] I suggest you seek the serious professional psychological help you so desperately needAs to ***'s ridiculous claim that he wrote off the balance of my order the truth is that they overcharged me more than twice the appropriate cost for my order before they even left my home and committed fraud since their order form, which I signed, clearly states that "I authorize my credit card to be charged for a deposit equal to 50% of the expected total of my order, plus the final balance due upon completion." We are completely committed to the well-being of our customers and providing five star service at every contactHaving served over 35,customers, almost every single one of them has gone well and are happy and returning customersIn the event that something goes wrong with an order,
we talk to the customer, take accountability, make a plan and move forwardEven our unhappy customers get well-taken care of, whether it is their mistake or oursIf we make a mistake, we do what we can to correct itHowever, we have not, and have no interest, in learning how to handle people like *** ***Our staff is so scared of him that they have asked me to file a restraining order against him because they are worried that he may come into our store and do real damageI can see whyI called Mr*** and within seconds, he was screaming at the top of his lungs and would not stop despite my telling him I wanted to help him get what he wanted but I could not help him if he was screaming obscenitiesThis went on for five minutes until I was forced to hang upHe is clearly a rager, irrational and swears constantly (like his followup text to me: "F* you snowflake"Copies available upon request of the entire obscenity-laced exchange.) When I spoke to the original salespeople, they remembered him instantlyThey were on the edge of just walking out of his house during the sales call because of his hostile, negative and angry attitudeUnfortunately, they did not trust their instinct and we are left with a nightmare of an ex-customerMr ***'s order has been sent to him and we are writing off the balance and Mr***, tooThe real warning to the world should be about this personHe is exactly the type of customer that any business would immediately want to fire
