Two items arrived broken. Sent multiple emails including requested pictures of broken items. Had NO response after sending pictures 2 weeks ago. Order # [redacted] with Christmas Unlimited. items: 2 X KAEMINGK FILLABLE GLASS DECORATIVE CHRISTMAS TREE WITH CABLE HOLE FOR CHRISTMAS LIGHTS were delivered smashed on Jan 15th. Filed complaint..#***. Received email from Shiela at Clicktoshop on 1/16 asking for photos. Sent photos same day and received auto receipt with file #***. Wrote email asking for update on 1/20 and received auto reply with file #***. Sent another email on 1/23 and received yet another auto receipt with file #***. We are now on 1/30 and I have had no response from this company for a refund. Item is no longer available so I would like a refund at this point. I would have accepted product in replacement but due to lack of communication I just want this done with.

Very poor customer serviceThe product I ordered from "oktoberhaus" was not as described on the websiteSince it was supposed to have been a Christmas gift, I was hoping to return or exchange the item in a timely mannerI started the process by "chatting" with a customer service repShe left the chat mid-conversation so I was not able to finish the claimThen I tried contacting customer service again the next day via chat and finally was given an email address to contactI was told that a note had been added to my file that I would be refunded the shipping charges for original shipping and return shippingI brought the package to the post office and was told by the post office clerk that the return shipping label included in my box was not infact pre-paidIn my frustration of already standing in a long post office line during the holidays to find out the label was not pre-paid, I went ahead and paid for the return shipping and even included a copy of the post office receipt in the return package as proofI also immediately emailed the customer service person that I had been working with to let her knowThe package only took a few days to be received at Click to Ship but it took them almost a month to refund my purchaseThe return shipping was not refunded even though I had originally been told that it would be and when the situation had been escalated to a manager, she told me that it was not their company policy to refund shipping charges Although I was only out $7, I felt the sincerity and customer service of this company was very poor and their website falsely describes it's productsAdditionally, their response time was very slow! It took days to get a response by emailBuyer bewareThis was literally the worst online customer service I have experienced and was a complete waste of my time
