Having reviewed some of these complaints, it sounds like a business
Owned or ran by Anthony Morrison. Made an investment in one of his
products that turned out to be worthless, TRYED TO get my money back
and had to give up. Either this is him or someone who has had him as a
Mentor.

I cant get my money, I am being givin customer service runaround even on my emails. I was told that I need a confirmation number except they dont provide crs, and I was told that there is no order for me, but they have my credit card info. So how they get my mastercard information if I did not order that is my proof. Margaret C. Hung up in my face when I presented this question to her,she could not dispute that fact that I did order and never received any products I was charged for. I started to order a product, (Mobile Money Code), and as I proceeded through the ordering process I decided that I did not want to complete the order and backed out of the process. I then proceeded to email the support group to request a refund of the $249.00 us dollars that I had been charged thus far. I sent said email not ten minutes after backing out of the "deal". I was given a request number via email which also stated that my request would be processed within 48 hours. I also received a call from [redacted] who stated that the refund request was received and that it would take from 2-21 business days to receive the refund, which by the way is a totally different promise from the telephone prompter when one phones Clickbetter's customer service, which states that the refund will be returned within 48 hours. This all transpired beginning on Wed. evening Oct. 8, 2014 when I initially began to place the order, which again I did not complete.I have since spoken to [redacted] twice, the first time after our initial conversation when she phoned me, then again on Tue. Dec. 16, 2014. [redacted] then proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait even longer, that she did not know why I hadn't received the refund as yet but would inquire and get back to me that same week on Friday. She did not call me. I finally decided to call her again the following Tue. Dec. 22, 2014 at which time [redacted] informed me that she had sent an email to the merchant and was told that I would have to wait yet another 45 business days because the bank that the merchant deals with is in [redacted]. First, I do not think that I should have been charged to begin with since I did not complete the transaction.Second, and more importantly, if a merchant stated that they have a 60 day money back guarantee, and a prompt refund policy that they should be held to those promises. CLICKBETTER LTD from NV will not honor 60 day money back GuaranteeOn OCT 23 2014 I requested a refund on a program called eMobile Code that I bought on OCT 3 2014 using a credit card, at Click Better web site, order number ([redacted]). Was informed that the charge would show up as [redacted], the charge went thru as CLICKBETTER LTD location: [redacted]purchase date:10/3/14On OCT 23 2014 called the 800-719-1837 and submitted a request for a refund, on OCT 24 2014 received an email from [redacted] at CLICKBETTER LTD stating that my order only came with a 14 day money back guarantee and cannot be refunded. On OCT 24 2014 I uploaded my order confirmation page to CLICKBETTER LTD in a reply to customer service showing the 60 day risk free. On OCT 25 2014 a customer staff member from ClickBetter responded back with the program I bought only came with a 14 day money back policy. On Nov 1st 2014 I requested a copy of my receipt from from CLICKBETTER LTD and there is not a thing about a 14 day money back guarantee, but there is a statement that says ClickBetter offers a 60 day money back guarantee on all products. I tryed to settle this matter on my own, CLICKBETTER LTD refuse to honor the 60 day refund, so now I am turning it over to you to take care ofDesired SettlementI want CLICKBETTER LTD to honor the 60 day money back guarantee, and refund the $49.00 back to the card I used in the transaction, with in 15 days or I will file another complaint with the Council of Revdex.com

I found this website online back in May of 2015. I decided to give it a try because they are connected and associated with Cickbetter which in my opinion is a very reputable company. This owner who claims to be a self made millionaire is ripping people off with his false advertisement. He claims that if we import emails for us he will pay us once we reach $400.00. He deals with a email company by the name of Email Response Pros. I made over $400.00 in the month of July 2015 and enquired about my commissions that I was owed. First of all this owner will not give out his last name which is very shady to me. He goes by the name of [redacted]. I have reached out to him and the email company that he deals with but it is very hard to get a response back from either. Finally the owner answered me back and said that I would be paid my commissions on August 25th 2015. Well it is now August 29th 2015 and I have yet to receive my commission money. I contacted clickbetter because they are the ones that charge your credit card $47.00 every month. On yesterday 08/28/2015 I spoke with an agent named [redacted]. [redacted] submitted a request stating that I was inquiring about my commissions I was owed but no one has responded back to me. I do not wish to have a refund, I want the $400.00 I am owed. I am asking that you investigate this so called company because it is quite clear that it is very much mismanged and the staff at email pros and the owner appear to be very rude and inconsiderate. They are charging people $47 each month to use the email plat form but they have not paid me what I am owed. I have screen shots to prove it. This is the first time I had contact information for them. My issue with you is this, I have gone online mainly to you tube and seen that other people have complained about your vendor. You seem to be stuck on the fact that you only accept payments for them. Ok, let me put it to you this way, If you took someone to the store knowing they had intentions to steal something and you just sat out in the car and waited for them to commit the crime, do you think you are just as much at fault as they are. Sure they are the ones that did the actual stealing but you knew what their intentions were which makes you an accessory to the crime. You know that you are dealing with a dishonest vendor but yet you choose to turn your head the other way. What you are tellihg me is that you personally don't owe me anything so that makes it alright. You are just as bad as your vendor because you are still dealing with someone that's lying and deceiving people. These people that you are dealing with is so low lifed and underhanded that when I reached out to them for help, they did not bother to answer me or to see that I was ok. They just politely closed my ticket without even trying to contact me. I'm still asking you, why are you still dealing with someone like this. You don't seem to care that they are making your company look bad. It seems like what you are saying is that you don't care as long as you get paid. Am I right? You keep throwing it at me that you gave me a refund because I was unhappy. You are so right. Would you like to spend money to make money and wait for 3 months to get what you worked for? Only in my case, I waited for 3 months and did not get one red penny for my time and effort. Regardless if you gave me a refund or not, the fact is I worked for that money and I want what I worked for. Stop making excuses for yourself and just admit that you are a part of the scam. I requested a refund of services on October 15, 2014 in the amount of $95.00. They told me it would be 7 to 10 business days when I will receive it. Then when that time was up, I emailed them again and asked about the refund, then they told me it will be 7 to 21 business working days, which calculates to about 30 days. Complaint12 Sep I watched a video decided to give the marketing ClickBetter/MTTB/MOBE a try. When I went to submit my payment information it was declined due to being another country Austria. I contacted my bank and I was told the "hold" had been lifted for 24 hours for me to make purchase. I waited about 30 minutes went in and the amount of $34.95 for service did go through. After that I put in the additional (never ending) payment of $47.00 and that was declined. So the next morning I contacted my bank again and again was told the "hold" was lifted with the 24 hour time period to make purchase. I waited 30 minutes went to the website for payment and again it did not show to go through. Later the same day I looked at my bank statement and saw that there was double charge in the amount of $47.00. I immediately started contacting all the areas that I had purchased including, so I thought, Clickbetter. I have been waiting 4 days for a response indicating whether I will receive refund for both charges of $47.00 and the $34.95. This is extremely frustrating since I have been trying to get refunds from all parts of this marketing scheme.
