Review: I purchased a product from this company and it did not work. I contacted them that same day I bought it and again two days later. The first day I contacted them was June [redacted], 2015. I still have not heard from them. I would like a refund as this product does not work at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned as I do not trust this company or their products.

The customer emailed us regarding the request for a refund. She was emailed instructions on how to obtain a refund. Her return has been received and her refund is being processed.

Review: I purchased two of these click heat products at a kiosk in Raleigh, NC at the Triangle Town Center Mall on two separate days in December (** and **), 2015. I gave both as gifts to family members. Neither of these products performed as described. I cannot get either of them to return to their liquid state even after extended time in boiling water. The sales reps stated they would easily return to a liquid state after a few minutes in boiling water. I have never been able to get them to return to a liquid state and stay there until I want to use them again. I submitted a form to the company on their web site as this is the only form of communication they have available. I received an automated email on January **, 2016 after my form submission the same day stating someone would contact me in the next couple of days. On February **, 2016, I emailed them again after no response. I again received an automated response that someone would get back to me in a couple of days. No contact from the company at all.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for both purchases totaling $93.94.

Review: I received one of their products as a christmas gift: the Neck & Shoulder unit, and did not want it. I went to the kiosk at [redacted] in Overland Park, Kansas on December [redacted], where it was purchased.
I told them I wanted to return the (unopened) unit for a full refund, and the man said he would not give me a refund. He said I needed to "apply" for the refund on their website to get approval for the refund. I sent them a message, twice, and have had no response. When I attempted to return the item on December [redacted], I showed the man the unopened item, the receipt, and the debit card that the item was purchased with. Still, he refused to grant me a refund. This is extremely poor customer service! Their website listed NO customer service number, so I could not voice my needs and complaints. Could you please follow up on my complaint. Sincerely, [redacted]

Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund for this purchase. There is no reason why I am not intitled to a full refund, since I have the unopened product, the receipt of purchase, and the debit card information. This is very frustrating, and has taken a lot of my time in getting this issue resolved. There was another woman at the kiosk with me, who had the exact same complaint!

Review: I bought the head and shoulder Click Heat product. I was never told that this item had to be boiled with a towel in the water after the first use. It becomes hard as a rock after the first use. I sent two emails on their website and they never responded. This company does not have any phone number where you can contact them. This a totally scam of a company. I am an older retired person who is in pain and did not have money to waste on an item that does not work. I did some research and tried calling the number I found for them in [redacted] and the man who answered said it was not Click Heat and that they are always getting phone calls for them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or a phone number (which you will not find) for this company.
