Review: After downloading and installing a test version of Click and Pledge's software, this summer I was given pricing for using Click and Pledge's online donation processing system. This included a quote of 2.9% transaction fee for credit cards. On Oct 7th I told them based on these prices I wanted to sign up.

On October 13th I received an email saying that my installation fee of $450 had been received by Click and Pledge. That same morning a partner organization of ours informed us that they have been being charged 4.5% because all of their Credit Cards were being charged and additional 1.5% for being a "non qualifying card".

By the end of the day on October 13th I sent a note over to C+P telling them that if this was true I did not want to do the install and requested my setup fee be returned since no work had been done to actually complete the install yet. I contacted them within 8 hours of notification that my fee had been received. So I requested a full refund.

They took several weeks to come back and offer us a different rate of 3.5% for all credit card fees. Again I reiterated that I was not happy that the rate had been changed during this process and I wanted my setup fee back, I took the time to uninstall C+P from our systems.

They are not returning the setup fee claiming that I was told that there are "no refunds". I have looked through all the paperwork I received from them and no where does it outline a "no refund" policy.Desired Settlement: I would like my $450 setup fee returned to me. I notified them within 12 hours of them receiving the check because they changed their rates on me. I feel like that was adequate time.

Review: I have never had a poorer customer service experience.

In setting up the mobile website for our organization, we encountered a small problem with the service and contacted their customer support. Click and Pledge offers free support that is supposed to contact you by the 6 pm the following day, over 2 weeks I submitted 4 support requests and was never contacted on a single one.

Desperate to resolve the issue, I contacted their premium support for which they charge $150 to initiate the call and then $75 per hour. I was directed to a voicemail system and told my call would be returned in 2 hours. Needless to say I am not holding my breath.Desired Settlement: Contact me to resolve the support issue.
