the microwave did not work when he leftthe lights was on and the turn table was moving but it did not heat anything upI'm positive that is what a microwave is suppose to doWarm your food!!! In addition he told me he was going to look at it but never showed up then ultimately he stop taking my phone callsI did contact a electrician and he advised me to plug the microwave into another outlet and if it worked it was my outlet and if not it was the microwaveI did what he suggested and plug it into a different outlet and I got the same results Nothing I do not want any more dealings with this company I just want my money back for a job that was not done right I was told that a year warranty will come with the microwave and he is not even upholding to that

When we received the microwave it would not power on at allAfter replacing two circuit boards (parts totaling and the main fuse 5.99) the microwave worked when we left the premisesAfter the client told me it came on but did not heat I informed the client that the next step was to let an electrician look at her electrical outlet because it could be damaged (since it was clear to me that an electrical surge caused the damage to the microwave)Also it worked for weeks in our shop because we held the unit for three weeks before she responded to any of our callsI called her from an office phone number and a field service phone numberI will look at the microwave again for no chargeUnfortunately the parts and labor that was involved in repairing this microwave we can not give any refundIt is an over the range microwave that weighs poundsWe had to uninstall it, transport it, diagnose and fix it, and then reinstall it after storing it for three weeksAt no time did the client indicate that she did not want the repairI have evidence that what I state is factualOnce again I recommend a Electrician to check the electrical integrity of this homeAfter this is done and the microwave does not work I will gladly see what is wrong with the device for no chargeWe take pride in providing the best service possible to all residents and we will right any wrongs we are responsible for.Truly, Client1st Appliance Services llc

On June 7, I contacted Client 1st Appliance Services to come repair my refrigerator because it was not cooling They came to my home and took apart my freezer and told me it was a defrost timer issue They said they didn't have a defrost timer with them but that it would be ordered and they would come back and install it on Friday June 10, I paid with check number [redacted] to "JRS Tech" $ The check has been cashed and they have NEVER come back to repair the problem I called them June 20, and the same man answered who said he was an office assistant (named "William") and that they had recently been bought by another company and had just started answering their phones again William assured me a tech would be out Wednesday June 22, between 10:- 12:noon They have not shown and I have called them numerous times and they will not answer

Consumer called and said he did not receive refund

This complaint fits under several issues: 1.) Repair 2.) Service 3.) Advertising
Issue no1.) The company indicated my Bosch washer needed a part that would have to be ordered and would take between 7-days upon receiptThus, my repair had to be put on hold until parts arrived
Issue no2.) Although their initial service seemed appropriate for the issue, the 7-days waiting took longerAnd I received no courtesy calls about the status but I had to call them to find out if the parts had arrivedIn the third week that I called a phone message mentioned additional delays will occur because of a death family member I presented my condolences and allow a week to pass before making another contactAgain I called daily and got no reply until two days ago when I was told someone would be here at amI called again, at 10:am and was told someone would be here shortly No one cameToday, I called and no one answeredI feel like a hostage in my own house because this

I called Client 1st appliance services to come and fix my washing machine on Friday 6/We made an appointment for Monday 6/The tech called me on Saturday 6/and said he was in the area and would come and look at the washerHe arrived and looked at the machine and said it needed a new computer boardHe said he would order the part and charged me a service fee of $which he said he would add to the total cost of installing the new partHe said he would install it on Monday 6/I took off work to be there at when he said he would arriveI called at 4:after waiting all day, and he said the part had not arrivedWe would have to rescheduleWe made an appointment for Thursday at 6pmOnce again he never showedThe person's name is Reginald Y***This company never had any intention of fixing my machineThey just wanted to charge me for the minutes they were at my houseWe had a verbal agreement for them to fix my washer which they never intended to do

The owner of the company came out to my home to repair a microwave oven He stated that he could not fix it in the home and that he would have to take it into his shop to repair it He also stated that he needed a payment of $to look at it which I paid at that time He did take the microwave and called back a few days later to tell me what the problem was and the cost of the repair He stated the the repair will be I told him if he could hold off until he heard from me so I can discuss it with my boyfriend to see if we wanted him to repair it or buy a new oneA few days more had passed and he called me and told me the repairs were doneHe did it without me telling him to do so but I went ahead and told him that it was ok for him to deliver it back to me and install it We discussed a date and time for him to come out and he did but he was late and I had a previous appointment I had to go to I did let him in and he told me it will be a few minutes but I had t

We explained to [redacted] that the bosch part took upwards of 15 business days for the part to arrive. When we did receive the part is was not correct. Then it took another 5 days for us to get the right part. At that time our Bosch tech father passed away. We explained to [redacted] that we could...

give him a refund. He said he did not want one he would wait until it could be fixed. Our Bosch tech will be back to work tomorrow AM. He had to travel to Missouri to bury his father. We thought he would be back Monday but he needed additional time. If he would like a refund we can do that. If he would like to get the repair handled we can do it tomorrow. Something is going on with our Sprint phones today as well we are not receiving ALL calls for some reason. We have contacted Sprint in the meantime we recommend contacting us via email. It is an over the range microwave that weighs 40 pounds. We had to uninstall it, transport it, diagnose and fix it, and then reinstall it after storing it for three weeks. At no time did the client indicate that she did not want the repair. I have evidence that what I state is factual. Once again I recommend a Electrician to check the electrical integrity of this home. After this is done and the microwave does not work I will gladly see what is wrong with the device for no charge. We are going to refund you the full amount aid for this service. Expect payment within 7-10 days. We are going through restructuring to better serve our clients. I apologize for any inconvenience. Our re opening is set for July 20th.

We mailed an $85 refund to him on Friday for the service charge. We aren't able to get the parts. The Bosch parts we need are discontinued. We apologize for the inconvenience.
