These people have been contacting me from different numbers on a daily basisAt this point it is harassmentI have asked on numerous occasions for them to take me off their contact list but they have refused to do soI am registered on the national do not call list and expected that they should adhere to the guidelines stipulated by that list -which they have not Furthermore, I have spoken to a person from their company by the name of [redacted] who told me he wasn't calling to get me to sell my future payments (a flat out lie) and that he wanted to tell me who they were after I allowed him to do so I informed him that I do not want to be called anymore and that if I was interested I would call himHe agreed and not one day later I was called again by a [redacted] from a different number who wanted to offer me a great rate on selling my paymentsI have contacted my local police department and they have asked that I trace each call in order to provide a record of harassment which I have started doingIf this harassment continues I will seek legal action I am not sure why they are Revdex.com accredited since they ARE a bunch of telemarketing liars and provide a service that feeds on the misfortune of others - ESPECIALLY since so many people have complaints about how often they call and their COMPLETE disregard for a persons privacyI would NEVER do business with these jerks and I do not EVER intend on recommending that anyone else do so either I am disappointed to see them listed as an A rated business on the Revdex.com site and have lost my faith in your ratings as a result as I am sure anyone who has seen this rating and has been harassed by this company has
They took advantage of me at a time when I was homeless and on drugsThey bought over $900,dollars worth of payments from me for $26,The thing is that I was strung out on methanphetamine at the time and owed a federal tax lien for $9,and over $20,in child support so I still didn't really get any moneyI didn't realize what a dumb deal I made until after I got clean and soberThey knew I was down on my luck and desperate and not all there when I made the dealI feel they truly took advantage of me and now I need income and don't have enoughI want my payments back but, idk what I could do*** ***
