To Customer, Again, all sales are finalWe are unable to warranty a unit that is over years oldSimilar to purchasing a vehicle over 100k milesIf we provided warranty with older units, we would be unable to continue in businessWe are capable of repairing his unit, but we will have to charge for parts and laborWe do understand that our customer feels that it is not fair, so we will take care of the machine for 25% off parts and laborWe are unable to foresee the future and will work with our customer on a discounted rate to get this resolvedSincerely, Cliff Co

Very professional operation we had Hydrulic cylinders off our fleet of wheel loaders totaling cylindersWe dropped them off on a Monday and we were able to pick them up on FridayThey were all painted and testedHad a great experience with Cliffco I would suggest them to any body

We are very sorry to hear that This Machine is having issues these issues. We explain and showed our customer all the receipts and labor that was put into this machine. We gave our customer the opportunity to test the Machine and give it a full look over. Unfortunately, it sounds if there are other...

issues arising. We did inform our customer that is was sold as is and we did not have any complaints until over a month later. We are very sorry for your troubles with your machine. Sincerely, Cliff Co

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We were not offered an opportunity to test this machine, and there is no suitable area to do so at the business location. There were issues with this machine the day of purchase, but the owner assured us that the problem was the turbo. We did not even drive the machine on uneven ground, before removing the turbo and sending it out for a complete rebuild! The reason for the delay in calling this company with the main complaint, was the time involved waiting for the turbo to be rebuilt. We assumed that this company, being in the heavy equipment repair business, Would not advertise this Wheel Loader as being in EXCELLENT condition, and Ready to work all day,  we also assumed a business with better business awards displayed on their walls, would have more integrity. We are inclosing a pdf copy of their sales add with this response. Regards,

Review: The company owner stated the wheel loader was in EXCELLENT condition, and ready to work all day and the model year was early 90s, also smoke coming from exhaust was just a turbo oil seal.

After purchase I found out the model year was a 1973, the brakes that he said had been rebuilt, would not even hold the loader from moving at idle.

I had the turbo rebuilt, he said that would stop the loader from smoking, but the loader still skips and smokes,

I tried to work the loader, but it will not even pull itself up a small incline without a load, most likely transmission,

convertor or both.

I tried to talk to the owner of the company, but he said the loader had no warranty, would not reason, and hung up the phone.

This machine was totally misrepresented, and is totally useless to me.Desired Settlement: Take his loader and return my purchase price!!
