If I could give ZERO stars to this shop I would I have never dealt with a business that has such incredibly poor customer service and outright rude management I purchased my gown from Ana's in June Upon purchase I was told it would arrive in Oct/NovWhen I called during that time frame I was told I would be in in May (my wedding is in April)...then told FebruaryI was also told there is no way they would've told me Oct/Nov, however, my friend and I both vividly remember them telling us that When they told me February I told them I was uncomfortable with that seeing as it was only months before my wedding (and months after purchasing the gown The designers website says gowns will ship within months)I was told a smaller size would be available in December I told them I'd try the smaller size, but I'd also like to speak with the owner Ana She called me and told me that she spoke with the designer and they assured her the gown I ordered (in its original size) would arrive between Dec 22- I asked to come to the shop to see documentation of when the dress was ordered and that it would be in in December I also decided to try the smaller size just in case it would fit since (allegedly) both sizes could be available around the same time My mother and I went to the shop a few days later Ana would not show me any documentation of when she ordered the dress and did not have any record of the company telling her the original dress would come in DecemberShe told us, "I just talked to them and they told me You don't write things down when they're telling you." Ummm...yes you do I tried the smaller size and we all agreed to stick with the original size I had ordered I re-confirmed with Ana that the original dress would arrive between December & and she said it would Those dates came and went I called the shop on 12/and was told I would be informed when the dress came I asked if they had any information as to when the dress would arrive, if it had shipped, etc They refused to give me any information I, again, asked to speak with the owner She would did not call me back When I called again they screened my call and had the owner call me back about mins later She proceeded to argue with me on the phone, calling me I was being dramatic and telling me I'm making up reasons to be stressed She refused with cooperate or appease any of my requests to reach out to the designer and see when the dress would come At this point I was UNBELIEVABLY stressed I spoke with my mother who decided enough was enough and I needed to just buy a new dressWe went to [redacted] in Fall River, MAThey were FANTASTIC So helpful, reassuring and kind I found a dress that I love and I'm so excited About weeks later, I got a message from Ana's that my dress had arrived I went the following day to pick it up and IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE!!!!! When I pointed this out they did not apologize, tell me they we're going to fix it or anythingIn fact, they BLAMED ME Saying I had insisted on the dress arriving sooner and told them to order the smaller size! I had very clearly told them to stay with the original sizeI was of course very upset and was told to wait for Ana When she arrived she gave me more of the same No apology, no offers to correct their mistake and out right refusal to accept any blame in their obvious mistake Ana began arguing with me, giving me every excuse in the book as to why the size was wrong, saying it wouldn't be a problem to have the wrong size, she could make it fit, etc I told her I had read her yelp reviews (over star reviews out of around 60) and told their customer service was horrible She deflected and said "Those people have problems." She then told me I was dramatic, rude and a mean person I walked out of there refusing to take the dress and so angry it was unbelievable PLEASE save yourself, your friends, sisters, the girl at work, some one talking about planning their wedding on the bus, etcthe completely unnecessary stress, anxiety and wasted money and DO NOT GO HERE Meanwhile, the new dress from [redacted] has already arrived (within weeks of ordering from the same designer) and they continue to be wonderful

Horrible customer serviceExtremely unprofessional and rudeAna ordered us the wrong size dresses and did absolutely nothing to resolve the situationThe dresses took months to arrive and their response once we received our incorrect size of dress was "it's not our problem." They confirmed two dresses in a size and we received one, which was still too big and a size 8! The wedding is in two weeksWe will be getting the dresses altered elsewhereI am definitely telling everyone to avoid this shop at all costs!!!

Our initial meeting with Ana was very good We arrived for a scheduled appointment and as we were looking at dresses, Ana selected one for my daughter It was a discontinued dress and out of our price range but she said she would give us a discount We bought that dress after asking her the cost of the alterations Her response was, "Oh, not that much" We knew the dress would have to be taken in slightly and there would be a bustling fee My daughter's weight did not fluctuate more than five pounds during this process Imagine our surprise when we were told the cost for the alterations would be $in cash!!!!!! and this was after the fact, so no discussion or warning was given regarding the costShe knew what the dress looked like and the alterations needed before we bought the dress She accused my daughter of loosing to much weight - not true and complained about the difficult bustling procedure - again, she knew what would be needed Then we paid to have the dress steamed and bagged We paid the ransom on the dress - because, what is a wedding without a wedding dress The dress was beautiful but I would not do business with this store again!!! I did advise the store representative that I felt we were treated unfairly and I would be sharing this experience with mutliple sources and was told that was okay!!!

They told me that they could order my dress ivory/ivory(When I looked it up the dress does not come ivory/ivory)....The contract that (I had to ask for, because I was never given one) says ivory/ivoryThey ordered it ivory/pewter and said it was the same thingI then ask for my money back, they refusedI didn’t know they didn’t refund money since they never gave me a contract (And they wouldn’t let me see my dress until I paid the other half I owed So as soon as I walked in I had to pay the remainder and then they showed me my dress They said it’s policy.) They said all they could do was order me another one So I then had to choose a completely different dressWe tell them to call us before she orders it to let us know the price differenceShe said she would call Monday, I didn’t hear from her until Wednesday saying the dress was ordered TuesdayWe ask the price difference to make sure we wouldn’t have to pay extra since the original dress was $and the new one $
