We stopped in without an appointment while in Travers City on other business. We were concerned about a noise in the car's rear end, which they diagnosed and quickly fixed after making room for us in an already busy schedule. It was a quick repair but an inconvenience for them, nonetheless. We were amazed by their helpfulness and even more amazed when they charged us nothing!
