Review: purchased truck off the lot for 1200 before tax 1587 after. put 500 down made payment of 160. 3 weeks after purchase truck was broke down with head gasket gone out. it took 2 weeks for them to pick up the vehicle. that was around jan. 4, 2014. it is april 18th 2014 and I have still not recieved the truck back. before truck broke down I was pulled over to find out that I had no tail lights and that the dealership had only painted them red to look as if I did. I have called numerous times trying to find out when the truck would be available for pick up but every time they tell me tomorrow or they will call me back. they have never once returned a phone call and keep telling me that they dont know whats going on with it that they sent it to a friend of cliffs to do the work due to lack of space at there shop and but cant tell me who is working on it or were it is located and that they will call me back. I only had the truck 3 weeks if they arent going to produce me with the vehicle I believe I need to be refunded so I can put that money towards a new vehicle.Desired Settlement: I have been waiting on truck going on 5 months now. my daughter called and talked to cliff today and he said the truck is there and running but he doesnt feel its street ready yet and they would be working on it today. I cannot get cliff on the phone or in person I believe hes avoiding me and has never had any intentions on fixing the problems. I would like to be refunded the money I have into the vehicle and be done with cliffs auto business all together. I was sold a lemon and after it broke down I have been nothing but lied to and caused much aggravated stress and time consuming issues that should have been avoided.

Review: I purchased a 1991 Ford Explorer from Cliff's Quality Autos in Spokane, WA on April 1, 2013. Before I purchased the vehicle, I specifically asked the gentleman about any issues it may have and did a test drive with him. I told him I needed to make sure that it would get me back and forth from Ephrata, WA back home to Spokane. On April 3, I proceeded to travel to Ephrata, Wa and was 27 miles outside of Moses Lake when the car broke down. It had to do with the transmission. I proceeded to call Cliff's Quality Auto to tell them I was stranded out in the middle of nowhere and needed a tow back to their shop. The employees there told me that the owner was busy and they could not help me at that time but they did tell me they would have him call me ASAP. They never called me back and I had to have the Washington State Patrol come pick me up and they dropped me off in Ritzville. I then had to hitchhike back to Spokane. I went to the place the next day and they were still working on getting my car towed. So I left and came back the next day (April 5) and they were then arranging for their tow truck to retrieve the vehicle. At this point, I decided to find out the number to the Revdex.com and the owner ([redacted] overheard me ask 411 for the number and he immediately came out of his office and started yelling and swearing at me and told me to get out of his place. I need some help, please.Desired Settlement: The car was tagged and towed by the Washington State Patrol so I can't get my car back and repaired so the other options are to get my money back or for them to give me another car.

Review: We purchases a 4 wheel drive, 98 Lincoln navigator in nov. 2013. [redacted]s was supposed to call us and have the break disc changed and the trunk rekeyed but never called us to let us know when the shop could get us in! We used the 4x4 in January, which causes the truck to have an issue. We took it to [redacted] the beginning of feb. which they pointed out to us the vehicle never had 4 wheel drive, all the part had been removed! I expressed this to salesman [redacted] and asked for a settlement of half of what we owed! He would talk to [redacted] and call me back! As of now we hadn't made any payments due to waiting on them to hold up to their end of the deal! [redacted] did tell me there would be no repossession until we got it all worked out! I never heard back from him! Called three days in a row and never got a call back! The truck sat at [redacted] for 6 weeks before I went and payed money to bring it home! The day after we got it home they came to repossess it! I called [redacted] myself and asked him what was going on! He was completely rude and called me a liar! He said he called every [redacted] in the area and they had no record of my vehicle! (He never called [redacted]) I told him I had all the proof and would bring it and meet with him! He said he was a busy mad and couldn't meet with me! I could drop off the paper work and he would try and get back to me! [redacted] waited for me to pay [redacted] and then took the vehicle! I offered him 1100 of the 2200 I owed several times and he said he would get back to me but never did!Desired Settlement: We are asking ownership of the truck as it is out family vehicle, and we have put money into it!

Review: My car was repossessed and I called cliffs to make an appointment to get my stuff out of the vehicle. I was called and I quote by the owner of the establishment " A [redacted] I only want to receive my belongings out of the vehicle as there is stuff in there that belonged to my dad who passed away in September of 2015. They wanted to throw all my breakable and sentimental things of my dad's into plastic garbage bags. I asked if they could tow the car to the lot so I could get everything out myself and they are refusing to do that they said they need the key first. I then explained to them I have no problem giving them the key but I am only making one trip down to the car lot as I have to arrange for a ride there. I also explained to them that the car does not run that it was broke down when they came and got the car and they didnt need the key to come get the car in the first place so I didn't see why they couldn't tow it to the car lot without the key. I called law enforcement but was told that there was nothing I could do. I then looked up on Revdex.com website and seen they had a F rating. I told Cliffs that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and I was told they didn't care it wasn't the first time and they know how to"deal" with it. I want to be able to get my stuff out of the car myself that way if anything gets broke it will be my fault. I want this issue resolved before I am not able to get my stuff out of the vehicle. Thank you.Desired Settlement: For the car lot to tow the car to their lot or let me go to where the car is so I can get my stuff out and also only make one trip.
