First of all our vehicles are sold as isWhen Justine called about the issues she was having, we told her that she could bring it back, we would give her a loaner and we would also deliver the truck back to her when it was doneOr if she wanted to use her own mechanic that we would do 50/with herWe have not heard anything else from her until we received this letter.Thanks [redacted]

We had sold him the truck and he called and said there was no oil pressure so we had him bring it in and we took it in and fixed that problemThen a few days later he called about it not running just rightWe told him to bring it back and we would take a look at it for himThere we no codes on the truck that were showing up and we drove it and started it multiple times we could not seem to hear or understand what he was saying was wrong with itHe then came and picked it up and at that time said it sounded fineHe then called again saying it was running funny again and misfiringWe told him to try to change the plugs and let us know from thereHe then called us again with a friend or his father on the other line and was threatening us about contacting a lawyer and what ever else...We told him that we would look at it for him again but he just kept on and on about suing us and on and onSo after being talked to in a very vulgar manner we told him he could either bring it back in or take a look at the purchase contract he signed when he bought it and see that it says AS IS and we had already fixed the problems on it that we could figure out with it and were more then happy to have him bring it in once again but he was not going to waste his time he told usWe are a used car dealer and everything is not brand new that we sell but we are always wanting happy satisfied customers so we try to take care of most problems that occur even as a AS IS saleI hope that just because of his misshape that we are not looked down onWe sell many cars and trucks over the last to years and have never had a bad name yet and we try hard to keep it that way Thanks ***'s Auto Sales

days later he called about it not running just right. We told him to bring it back and we would take a look at it for him. We are a used car dealer and everything is not brand new that we sell but we are always wanting happy satisfied customers so we try to take care of most problems that occur even as a AS IS sale.
I hope that just because of his misshape that we are not looked down on. We sell many cars and trucks over the last 8 to 9 years and have never had a bad name yet and we try hard to keep it that way.
