Mr. [redacted] did receive a call 5/7/16  and had good intentions of making it to the home of the customer before the end of the day.  Unfortunately time did not allow before dark.  Mr. [redacted] intends contact the customer and make arrangement for a visit at a time...

convenient to them both.  Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] was ill and had been receiving treatment for a brain tumor since 8/2015.  The customers  calls and texts were not being ignored, Mr. [redacted] was simply not available.  I have no record of any calls from the customer to the business office  phone and I have no record of any e-mail correspondence from her.  If they were overlooked, we apologize.  If the customer would like to contact me via email at [redacted] for future correspondence I will respond. We have yet to determine if we are responsible for anything further.
