control In the community policies, rules, and regulations addendum section is our Package Release I have included it with this letterIt states "Resident agrees that owner does not accept responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged, or unordered deliveries, and agrees to hold owner harmless for the same." Ms*** signed this upon renewing her lease and thus agrees to the terms Our office receives packages, logs them, and then safely stores them in our back room I assure you and Ms *** that packages are never tampered with or opened by the campus court staff If an issue arises on the way a package was delivered the resident should get in contact with the company that handled it We will not agree to reimburse or compensate the resident in anyway and suggest she get in touch with the company that delivered the package

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The reply was regarding this was the first time their office has been told about these incidents was untrue, as I immediately called the office when I realized my credit card was missing from the envelope, and they told me that the package arrived torn open. Also, when they picked up the second box from their closet, all of its contents spilled out the torn open bottom. This time, the staff told me they don't know why it was torn open, but acknowledged that it was open, also unlike their reply claim that this was the first time hearing of it. Please advise me what to do.
