I am rejecting this response because:From my experience with previous home warranty companies, service providers keep fees from service visits (also confirmed by a hvac technician in the past). If this is not the case, I would need to see a statement from Total Protect Home Warranty. Regardless, *** fraudulently claimed my outside unit had dirty coils when it was visually obvious it did not. *** collected the service fee in their name, and it was paid to ***. *** is responsible for the fraudulent diagnosis and the refund. Attached are the photos of the clean coils and clean outside unit taken after fraudulent service.
