I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with the contract that was made to purchase the ac unitWe had explained to him that we DID not want our house to be part or the contractWe didn't want our mortgage affected by thisWe specifically said we would make the monthly payments to the city of Modesto since he made it clear this Program was through the City Of Modesto for individuals with not so good creditI do not agree with the coupon part because he didn't once tell me he was giving me any kind of discountIf he did then I would not be bringing this upIf they say they didn't ignore my calls I can gladly call my phone company and request the bill and it will show how many times I called and I'm sure they have no proof of all the voicemails I have left They always said they would call me back and I would have to continuously keep calling because they wouldn't call back Since June 20th that the repair needed to be done , they sent somebody to paint my ceiling Friday August 4thSo how can they say my calls were not ignored

This is in response to the complaint submitted by [redacted]. Hoping it clarifies everything. On june 5th [redacted]  scheduled a diagnostic. Our technician found their system with a leak on the evaporator coil and a compresor overheating. He provided an option to repair...

(picture attachment clarifying this) but customer decided to install a new system. Technician came back on June 7th and provided them with different systems on different payment options.Unfortunately customer was unable to qualify for any of the first 4 applications we ran for them due not enough credit worthiness (document attachment showing this). Fortunately there is a program called California first which a bad credit is not an issue and this was the only option for them to finance this project. Nobody was forced to do anything, technician explained this program just like the other ones more than once and they decided to go ahead with it, they really wanted their a/c replaced, they have been already without it for some days and have a little girl. If they do not wish to use this program they can still cancel it and provide a different type of payment.In regards to the coupon [redacted] claims it wasn't honored, is a $250 discount on the purchase of a new A/C, but like any other coupon (its written in the bottom of the coupon) it can not be combined with other coupons, discounts or promotions, and the customer was given a $500 discount instead. Bigger than that.On June 19th we received a call from [redacted] stating that the system was leaking. Immediately we sent a technician to correct the problem the following day. And the damaged to the ceiling has been also corrected (pictures attachments showing before and after). We have never ignored any of [redacted]'s calls to our office, it is not out normal practice, we are very sorry about the incident on her ceiling, unfortunately things like this can happen to everyone but we have done everything to correct it and make sure our customer is satisfied. We are saddened to read some of the false statements on this complaint but hoping this clarifies everything

Here is all the paperwork from California first signed by the customer. I hope this helps and like I told you and told them, if the do no wish to use this program, we can cancel it and they can pay in a different way. Its a 100% up to them.  Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: I was never told about the 10 thousand dollars I would owe in interest. That was never mentioned in the agreement. The contract is under [redacted] and [redacted] the homeowners , which Francisco never signed, therefore the contract shouldn't be valid. What other methods of payment are they talkin about and why were these options not offered before.
