Climate Care Pro

Our AC went out on a 114º day in Phoenix. My wife was recovering from knee replacement surgery and a stroke. We noticed that the indoor temperature was going up at about 5 o'clock on a Friday night. After I explained our situation to Climate Care Pro, our unit was checked at 10:30 PM that evening and we had a new unit and cool air by 3:00 PM Saturday afternoon. Very impressive!

I am very impressed with ClimateCarePRO. We have used them on multiple occasions with a home that is many years old, with two external air units that have had some problems. Their technician is very responsive, explains things well, and fixed every problem in record time. I highly recommend them.

We just recently purchased a house with a two year old AC unit. We ended up having to have some work done to the AC unit/air handler. While the AC technician was at our house he told us that the AC unit/air handler had the worst install job that he had ever seen; the supply air plenum was leaking air and is not sealed properly, the air filter cannot be replaced because a filter base was not installed, the drain line is out of vent and trap not up to code, the supply duct passing through the ceiling didn't have flashing, the refrigeration line set connected to condensing unit is out of insulation, the condensate line was installed in front of where you would change the air filter, and the AC unit was 1 ton too small for the house. I called Climate Care Pro since their sticker was on the air handler. I asked the guy from Climate Care Pro

if he installed the unit and he said yes. I asked him about the quality of the work and if he had an invoice. He said that he didn't install these things because the guy that hired him wanted as cheap of a job as possible. He went on to say that he didn't have an invoice because it was a cash job.

I understand that the customer requested that a cheap job be done but I've spoken to a couple of other AC companies since speaking with Climate Care Pro and they all have said that these are things that have to be installed. Not installing these things would be like building a car but not creating a way for the oil filter to be changed. Because the filter base was not installed and the condensate line was placed in front of where the air filter would go, there is no way to change the air filter.

Shame on Climate Care Pro! Even though their customer requested as cheap of a job as possible these people should have pride in their work! Not to mention doing cash jobs is unethical and against the law.
