We did install Mr [redacted] indoor and outdoor equipment years agoThe price of the job was $2,Since then he has never had us to preform maintenance on this equipmentOnce in he called us in regards to a not cooling service callWe went to Mr [redacted] home and repaired some wiring that had been cutThe next time we where at Mr [redacted] home it was 3/25/he requested to have maintenance done $176.55, and we preformed that maintenance for himAt that time the service technician recommended that he have his motor starter (capacitor) changed on his next maintenance visitOn 5/6/we where called by Mr [redacted] to his home on a not cooling service call, when we arrived we found that the motor starter (capacitor) had indeed gone outWe recommended him to change the motor starter and the compressor start assistMr [redacted] did not have this done at that timeMr [redacted] paid the service call fee $for that visit and did not want us to repair the systemThe service technician did recommend a system replacement at that timeWe have no record of Mr [redacted] calling our officeI have called him twice 6/24/and 6/25/and have not received a phone call back yetIt is common practice for some companies to run up repair cost on equipment in this condition and then later on tell the customer they need to replace itThen the home owner regrets spending all the money on repairs when they could have just replaced the equipment before spending a lot of money on repairs

We recommended him to change the motor starter and the compressor start assist. Mr. [redacted] did not have this done at that time. Mr. [redacted] paid the service call fee $69.55 for that visit and did not want us to repair the system. The service technician did recommend a system replacement at that time. We have no record of Mr. [redacted] calling our office. I have called him twice 6/24/15 and 6/25/15 and have not received a phone call back yet. It is common practice for some companies to run up repair cost on equipment in this condition and then later on tell the customer they need to replace it. Then the home owner regrets spending all the money on repairs when they could have just replaced the equipment before spending a lot of money on repairs.
