Climate Control Systems, Inc. does not actually provide 24 hour service as they claim in advertisements and on their website. When I requested weekend service I was told the owner decides who gets service and what is an emergency, not the customer. I explained the circumstance of having no AC and the house over 77 degrees, but that did not change the owner's stance. The owner also tries to justify the stubborn position by saying things like "open a window and turn on a fan" when the AC is out during 70 and 80 degree days. In addition, after being promised service on Tuesday, the company never showed up on Tuesday, and did not answer the phone when called. Once contact was finally made, the company said service wouldn't be available until Friday, leaving us with no AC for 5 days.
I hired Climate Control Systems to replace my old HVAC units after having interviewed several companies. The owner [redacted] came to talk to me. He offered a very competitive estimate; patiently answered me many technical questions regarding the system selections. He is quick in answering the phones. He sent two technicians on the installation day, [redacted] and [redacted]. I can't be more happier to find the installation done beautifully and cleanly. They not only got the job done nicely, but also answered me more questions regarding the safety and maintenance concerns.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the installation job. I am happy with this company.
