We (Climate Control Systems, Inc.) installed a heat pump system for Mr. [redacted] on 7/12/2013. It is true that Mr. [redacted] has had a few problems with his system.  All have been repaired at no charge.   Water damage to the floor was discussed in 2014.  I spoke to Mr. [redacted] about it, and he was to let me know if damage had been irreversible.   I heard nothing from Mr. [redacted] (regarding his floor) until this summer (9/21/16) when he had a clogged condensate drain.   We cleared the drain line (at no charge) as a courtesy - considering the history of his system.   This drain issue was not the result of workmanship, and could have been prevented with annual maintenance (filter changes, pan treatments, etc.), and Mr. [redacted] was advised of such.   We offered Mr. [redacted] a 2-year service agreement (at no charge) for his difficulties.  He seemed initially receptive.  Unfortunately, we have been unable to satisfy Mr. [redacted].    We appreciate your assistance in resolving this situation, and hopefully we can retain a good customer.   Sincerely,   [redacted] Owner – Climate Control Systems, Inc. Drain was cleared on July 24, 2014.  This was the last condensate clog that we addressed until September 21st of this year.   On this date, the drain line was stopped up.  Our service technician purged the line with several CO2 cartridges.  The homeowner witnessed this purging.Also, the homeowner does not have a maintenance contract with us.   The calls that he has referenced, are service calls due to equipment failures (not workmanship).  Our preference is to resolve this matter without legal procedures.  Sincerely,[redacted]
