Review: On February 17, 2014, a carrier heat pump was installed. I was informed that I was supposed to get a $200 rebate from [redacted] by technician Jeff C[redacted]. He had to be active in the energy saver program, which he said he was, but when I called to check I was told that he was not. I have personally contacted him numerous times but have gotten no response. I was informed by [redacted] I would have received a rebate back in 4 to 6 weeks, but I have not received it. I am also concerned that he may be doing this to other customers.Desired Settlement: $200 rebate
