My A/C unit stopped working at 1 am during a 3 day 100+ degree heat wave. I spent the morning calling repair companies and no one was available until the following day, at the earliest. I didn't call Climate Doctor until 9:30 am and Steve listened to my description, told me what he thought it might be and told me he could stop by between 1130 and 1200. He arrived on time, found and fixed the problem (which was exactly what he thought it was on the phone) and was done within 20 minutes. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service were amazing! I highly recommend him.
