my air conditioning has been out since July 6, my warranty company ordered the part my husband and I called seperately to check on when the part was available [redacted] took our name and number but did not call us back, on Thursday the 21st [redacted] my husband got on a three way call with [redacted] and the supply warehouse part was still not here [redacted] said call tomorrow if the part is in we can complete the work on SaturdayI called at 1:on July 22nd part was supposed to be in I called [redacted] and she put me on hold while she "called the supply warehouse" said the part was not in and I could call my home warrantyI called home warranty they put me on hold contacted the supply warehouse who told her not only is the part in but the contractor had not called them to see if it was in, I thought maybe miscommunication but when I called [redacted] back and got her on a three way call with the warranty company she admitted she had called them earlier in the day and the part was not in but they call

like to apologize to the customer for the lack of communicationMr*** placed a claim for his heating unit on October 8th at 4:46PMWe scheduled him for service October 9thThe temperature for the day, high of and low of degrees FahrenheitThe service call was made Friday afternoon between 2:15PM and 2:44PM. Per tech, *** told customer he needed a gas valve and tech would check with supply house for availabilityIt was too late for the technician to make it to the supply house due to the supply house closing at 4:30PM on Friday afternoons*** did not make it Saturday morning because the customer did not answer the phone for the techOn Saturday mornings the supply house is closedCustomer called the office and we linked him in with the techWe told him we could get him scheduled for Monday The part house did not have the gas valve in stock when *** checked on Monday, so he had them overnight the part for Tuesday serviceThe technician arrived at the customers home between the times of 11:34AM-12:24PMMr*** was very nice to the technicians and did not show any concerns with the technicians or company while the technicians were at his home We have fully stocked vans and use advanced equipment often to help our trained employees to do warranty workSometimes there are special parts that we do have to rely on a supply house to provide Again, we do apologize for any discomfort the customer may have had during this process and with our company

The company owner contacted the homeowner and came to the agreement of refunding the service fee to compensate for the inconvenience to the homeowner. We spoke to the customer about her concerns and discovered miscommunication between the home warranty and the supply house and office.Mrs***

Unfortunately, Climate King, LLC is not allowed back at my houseThe technician called my phone & told me that he was calling American Homeshield to request for us a new air conditioner unitInstead he lied & told them that it seems like we have been having this problem for a while and that American Home shield should not fix our problem with the air conditionerFirst of all, its over degrees in Mississippi right now for you to lie and deny a family with a child airYour job as a technician was to fix the problem and not lie about the problemFurthermore, you have no way of knowing when someone air conditioner started having problemsI will not recommend this company to no one because their workers are not truthful

Horrible people, horrible business practices and most of all deceptive I did not hire them nor do I even live in Mississippi!!! They keep call and texting to set up appointments and as much as I tell them it is the wrong number, the calls and texts continueSince the calls have not stopped, I will be calling the State of Mississippi to file a harassment suit I LIVE IN ***!!!!

Climate King came out to my home to repair my air conditioner unit in 11-I informed the tech that I may have a leak due to the air unit freezing up and Freon being put within months of the serviceThe guy said he would checkLess than minutes he informed me that I didn't have a leak and that he added FreonI told him how often do you leak Freon if there is no leak and whyHe said that it could a list of reasons one of which is grass getting caught in my unitI have home insurance through American home shield and did the claim that same day climate king came outJust last week 05-30-my air froze up again doing the same thing it did in November I called in a ticket through American Home shield and called Climate King to let them know that a leak shouldn't happen this oftenThe lady on the phone said to me ma'am we fixed the leak and does happen oftenI said her there was no leak to fix then she said to refer back to invoice it should state a leak was fixed
