Climatrol

Review: Climatrol installed a Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump system in our home in October of 2012. The cost was approximately $26,000. The system has never worked properly and Climatrol has been to the home a dozen times in the last 12 months trying to get the units to keep the right temperature inside the home. After speaking with another company, it was finally determined the wrong type of system was installed. The units installed by Climatrol will not continue to heat the home after the outside temperature falls below 28 degrees. We were assured this system would heat the home appropriately prior to install.

[redacted] has refused to remedy the situation and does not respond to voice mails or text messages.Desired Settlement: Replace the current system with a system that will adequately heat the home or refund the purchase price.
